**What do you like best about MailTag.io?**

The main feature is the ability to track emails in real time - see if your emails are opened, links in emails clicked, etc. This tool also integrates with your Gmail - so the notifications can be set to be real-time & you don't need to have another tab opened all the time & track email interactions.

**What do you dislike about MailTag.io?**

The customer support is a letdown as they don't seem to respond at all. There are some critical issues as there is no cancel subscription button on the tool & when you contact support they don't respond.

**What problems is MailTag.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps a great deal in prospecting - as you get to know who has opened your emails - helping you grade or qualify your prospects & follow up with the high-potential ones quickly to convert to a sale.
