"Email Marketing Integrated with WordPress"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

I like how smoothly it integrates email marketing directly into WordPress, you can make lead capture forms and popups that feed into the system, and then send emails automatically or schedule one off newsletters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

I recently got told my account might get banned, very OTT reaction. Turns out a link I'd included to a source website was to a site on some banned list (how would I even know that?!). Support also went on about using shortlinks in the email. I hadn't used shortlinks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The smallest email marketing tool integrated with WordPress"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

The integration with WordPress is what I like the most, everything in one place without leaving WordPress and created by the same company, that gives me peace of mind. And now its new automation features are improving compared to the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

They are still not up to the level of systems like Active Campaign in terms of flows, tag management, and automation. But they are heading in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Years of happy MailPoet using"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

MailPoet is very easy and quick to set-up, newsletter drafting is very Wordpress-like and emails end up in our customer's inbox. I switched from Mailchimp and been very happy as I keep all my customer data that never leaves my Wordpress install. Very tight integration with WooCommerce! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

I wish they will come up with new automations quickly. I know they are currently working on them, but currently they don't offer that much. It could be a true WooCommerce powerhorse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"MailPoet is Perfect for WordPress Blogs"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

I like the beautiful templates, ease of use editor, and how the user interface allows for fast navigation.

It offers detailed reports and is available from your WP Dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

MailPoet does not allow bouncing of more than 10% but does not provide a report of the emails that are not delivered.

It should reduce the cleaning time to six months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A great email marketing tool if you don't want to complicate your life"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

Without a doubt, the best thing about Mailpoet is the ability to do everything from your WordPress and not from an external page. Additionally, it is intuitive, and if you are good at handling WordPress, you will get used to this tool in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

It is not possible to create complex automations. For example, if you have a welcome email sequence, you cannot make it so that, upon finishing the sequence, your subscriber automatically moves to another list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My choice for sending emails through WordPress"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

What I like best is the integration with WordPress and the possibility to create a "Welcome Email Series" for the new subscribers on my website. Also, the email editor is very easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

Mailpoet comes with 50 pre-designed templates. But these templates could be more and could also be more elaborate. Templates are a great way to start a newsletter fast, so this is an issue that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Email newsletters done right inside Wordpress"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

I love how I can create good looking email newsletters inside Wordpress, that connects to blog posts, media library, your favorite form builders and WooCommerce.

Depending on the plan you choose, it's a very cost-effective solution.

It's very easy to train people how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

Not as many triggers yet as MailChimp, the trigger - campaign builder could have more options like MailChimp.

You could still do all that stuff using Zapier, and to do a lot of stuff that MailPoet can do, you'd need to use Zapier with MailChimp as well. so 6 of one half a dozen of the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good service for blog focused websites"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

MailPoet has some great features and the platform was easy to use. If you're running a blog-focused website, it makes updating your audience about your new blogs seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

MailPoet is not very e-commerce focused. They do have some offerings for it, but not enough if you're running a serious e-commerce store. There were just some key features lacking that would help support an e-commerce business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best all in one Email Marketing Plugin for WordPress"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

The best thing about Mailpoet is that you don't have to leave your WordPress dashboard to run any of your email marketing campaigns. It helps you keep your audience engaged with super easy-to-use ready-made welcome emails, newsletters, and notification templates. This plugin makes it easy to automate and schedule emails for every action your audience takes on your website, such as welcome emails for new signups and post notification emails when you publish a new blog post.

Now they have also launched templates for wooCommerce stores, for example: Cart Abandonment Emails or whenever users make their first purchase, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

Earlier I thought there is nothing to dislike about this plugin but after facing some issues on our website.

I can say there is some things that needs fixing.

An issue occured while connecting our own smtp and disabling the double verification mail support took more than 24hrs to respond.

There is a lack of design and aesthetics on the subscribe forms. You have to use elementor forms or any other form builder for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool and simple to use"
What do you like best about MailPoet?

Love the way MailPoet provides an easy integration into WordPress and allows for quick optimisation of different characteristics. Was using it for a luxury handbags and accessories brand on www.pipaton.com with global reach, based in Switzerland. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MailPoet?

Certain aspects of the layouts cannot be easily changes through the provided editor. This caused certain limits to the look & feel possible (such as color floating background shadow is fixed). Some coding definitely required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
