What do you like best about MailMetrics?

I like that MailMetrics has strong analytics and tracking features. Everything is real-time on key metrics such as opens, clicks, bounces, and engagement, which helps me get an overview of a campaign's performance quickly. The segmentation is great, letting you target well based on demographics. Dashboards and the ability to integrate with a lot of CRM tools that my clients use are a plus. It lets me automate campaigns and perform campaign testing, including subject line and content testing, as well as optimizing when to send emails. It's a really capable campaign management platform, with automation and segmentation that don't require building custom analytics. The quality of the tracking and segmentation is very useful, and the automation tools perform really well, providing good data-driven insights beyond basic opens and clicks. What do you dislike about MailMetrics?

I find the learning curve not as easy as some competitors, making it tough to teach clients. The reporting options are limited, especially for visualization—clients want graphs and charts, but it's not as flexible as other tools. Some niche software tools don't integrate, and there's no workaround. From a pricing perspective, some smaller businesses feel they can get what they need at a lower rate from competitors.
