There is little to dislike about Lytho. However, the request and the project staying separate instead of a request turning into a project (combined to one) has been an issue. Combining, or turning, a request into the project would eliminate confusion from customers who use the platform rarely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Lytho provides us the ability to keep projects and campaigns organized. It’s a great resource for reviewing drafts and seeing other team members comments in real time. The only suggestion I have for Lytho is to make improvements on allowing the interface to be more intuitive for those not used to a Workflow Management software. We have team members from various departments who need to review assets. From Marketing and Communications all the way to Engineering and Manufacturing. Some departments are not as familiar with using this type of software and so making navigation through Lytho as simple and intuitive as possible would be a big help in getting all departments onboarded and comfortable using it! I really appreciate Lytho's feature that allows clients to leave comments and notes on the proof review page. This ability significantly streamlines communication and helps clients to make informed decisions on future changes and necessary adjustments. This feature greatly enhances my interaction with clients by providing a clear and organized method for feedback and collaboration. Additionally, I find the setup process of Lytho quite straightforward, largely due to the excellent support from a customer service agent who streamlined the process. I find the review program in Lytho really helpful, which makes my job intake and management tasks much more efficient by resolving issues like jobs getting lost in email inboxes and helping with categorizing jobs. Additionally, I appreciate the new update, which has significantly enhanced my user experience. The initial setup was also easy, which made transitioning to Lytho seamless. I find some users getting confused about the new layout, which makes me wish there was an easy video to send them instead of having to walk them through it every time. Our team truly values the customized features offered by Lytho. Their customer service is exceptional, consistently providing quick and responsive support for any of our custom needs. They are a fantastic company to work with, and I honestly don't know how we would manage to keep track of all our project's moving parts without them.

The proof review process has significantly streamlined our operations, making them much smoother and more efficient. Additionally, the option to add Levels of Effort (LOE) to tasks is incredibly helpful for building and creating accurate project schedules.

As a designer, it's really easy to post assets for review and collect feedback from our stakeholders. My team's entire process is setup in the Lytho Workflow, which means that I basically live in the system and it's where I review and receive all of my projects and information. I really appreciate being able to add my print vendor point of contact as a stakeholder and include them in specific projects to share production files. The recent improvements to the review section of the platform are also a big plus. Every morning, my team and I meet and now have a clear overview of our current projects and their priority levels.

Our team's use of the Lytho DAM grows every day. Someone is constantly uploading deliverables, photos, or brand assets. We have over 65k assets in the asset manager and our brand guides are being used for everything from photo sharing to new visual brand guides for a comprehensive capital campaign. The reporting features in the DAM are basically nonexistent, especially compared to the Workflow side. Having reporting on the DAM will allow our team to really sell the value to our leadership team for how our stakeholders and outside customers use it and the assets we provide.
