I notice some little hiccups, like when I'm in a project and scroll down to the bottom and can't get back up to the top. The black and white color scheme feels a little old school and harsh. I wish that when you leave a comment on a project, it would also be elevated to the overall campaign project page, too. It could have a little abbreviated note of the project you originally commented on, but would be great if anytime you comment on a project related to a campaign, you can see it in the campaign, too. I really appreciate how Lytho simplifies project management by providing an excellent review feature. This tool significantly helps us keep track of all ongoing and upcoming projects. The review feature is a standout, enabling us to easily mark comments and ensure that all necessary changes are validated before finalizing any project. It centralizes all feedback in one place, which has been a huge advantage for our workflow. Previously, we faced the cumbersome task of distributing multiple PDFs to different reviewers and then collating their individual edits. I don't like that the comments do not get incorporated into the document in Lytho. Unlike Microsoft Word's tracked changes feature, where I can easily accept the changes, Lytho requires me to manually change the original document. This creates the potential for errors to occur. I found that there was a bit of a learning curve when it came to understanding the difference between projects, work, and campaigns. It's also problematic that when I am viewing a work item, it sometimes does not display what project it is associated with. Additionally, the software could be more mobile intuitive. I find the pace of updates in the Workflow UI too slow despite the fact that Lytho listens to customer feedback. It isn't necessarily a problem with Lytho, but some team members have not fully adopted the tool. This leads to situations where tasks are completed but not marked as such within Lytho. Additionally, the Campaigns function is not utilized due to how internal workflows are structured. Lastly, larger projects are divided into five steps, which necessitates creating tasks for each sub-step, and it is unclear whether this approach is beneficial.
