**What do you like best about Lullabot?**

Lullabot's team is personable and experienced. We had them build a module for our software. They were able to take our suggestions for requirements and build on them with suggestions. They completed their work on time and communication was great during the project.

**What do you dislike about Lullabot?**

I don't have anything to mention for dislikes.

**What problems is Lullabot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed Drupal-specific expertise for our module. They produced something we've been able to put in front of our clients on day one.

**Describe the project or task Lullabot helped with:**

Redesign and redevelop marketing site for Pantheon.

**What do you like best about Lullabot?**

Lullabot had a great handle on the task at hand, which was to redesign a majority of our web pages in less than 2 months! I wouldn't recommend doing this though! It was a crazy ask from us, but Lullabot really came through. The Drupal development team was the best. They consistently made upgrades to the front end experience that made sense, and made my life easier as a designer.

**What do you dislike about Lullabot?**

At the time, the design team wasn't the best, but Lullabot's creative director stepped in and came up with the winning creative that worked for us. 

**Recommendations to others considering Lullabot:**

I would especially recommend Lullabot to any company that has a complicated web presence, and needs help with untangling it. Their recommendations were spot on. 

**What problems is Lullabot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way the developers set up the site will make it much easier for people to contribute content, and also make it easier to modify as time goes on. Because we only had one in house developer, it was also important to us that it was easier for us to modify designs without causing a development backlog.

the employees just amazed us with the speed of responses to questions and problems

nothing really, very pleased  nice enthusiastic people

don't just consider using them... do it.
