
By utilizing Loyaly we were about to reduce churn by keeping existing customers happy with rewards. We also we able to reduce marketing costs by allowing current customers to become brand ambassadors and refer friends and family to our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is less about Loyaly and more about general drawbacks of loyalty programs; but it can be hard to gauge in the beginning the true cost of operating a loyalty/referall program if you don't sit down and thoroughly plan this BEFORE you start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
