I'm a small business owner and I have tried using LinkedIn to get collaborations and recruitment but I'm not satisfied with the result.

Longlist.io has proven to be efficient. One distinguishing feature of longlist is that it comes in form of an extension. You only need to add the extension and you're good to go. I can send personalized email and also get the contact details of my clients or teams I want to recruit.

I created a new company that needed a database of contacts. I have used a LinkedIn manual search for emails, and it didn’t work. I found “lonlist.io” and started using it for collaboration. One of the best clients I found is through this software. The UI is very intuitive, simple, and very easy to use. All my team found it very pleasant to use, so we used it the most for searching for practicians. The talent pool section was the most used, especially the filter “Role”. We started with the “Starter” pack and used the Google Chrome extension. As we grow up as a company, we have transferred to “Growth”. Our projects can be shared between our teammates, and our practicians find it very useful to take notes during the workflow. I strongly recommend this tool to help you grow your business, expand your contacts, and create a simple workflow by having all necessary documents, references, and items in one place. It intergrates with chrome which makes my job easier. It helps to find candidates and their personal emails. Well, there is nothing to dislike UI is easy anyone can go through the extension. Easily to find and even for the fresher, the app is excellent. So from my side, I would say that this is the best extension thanks for making the recruitment easy. In the future, they should go for a lite PC version too.
