With smart Xero and QuickBooks integrations, all invoices can be created, managed and generated straight from mobile. With Loc8 users can also take credit card payments directly in the field and record cash payments. Loc8 offers a Free for Life job management solution to all tradesmen and small service businesses to save time and be more competitive! Loc8 also enables to automatically generate task-based work orders for assets based on location and required maintenance frequency. Loc8 allows its users to react quickly when customers call enabling them to plan ahead and be proactive! With Loc8 users can also create condition and event-based rules to automate their operations. **What do you like best about Loc8?**

Easy to setup and use. Provides an easy to use platform to take incoming customer jobs and assign to mobile technicians. App also works offline so internet functionality is not required. Integrates with QuickBooks for automated billing.

**What do you dislike about Loc8?**

The functionality around stock management could be improved. Loc8 is able to import product details from QuickBooks, however any inventory used within Loc8 does not sync back to QuickBooks meaning a separate record of stock used has to be maintained.

**What problems is Loc8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work order management. Loc8 allows us to take customer calls and requests for service and send /allocate these to onsite technicians. Loc8 helps with route planning, appointment management and being able to keep customers updated on the progress of their call.
