**What do you like best about Lobiloo?**

It is very,very easy to use. Damon is so helpful

**What do you dislike about Lobiloo?**

Nothing. Really. I had one issue and it was related to my tablet and Damon fixed it immediately

**What problems is Lobiloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a company that began during the pandemic. We needed a program that could keep track of events,do quotes and keep track of payments. Basically we were starting from square one. Lobiloo was honestly the most cost effective program out there. When your business is just starting out paying what the other similar programs wanted was too steep for our fledgling business. Lobiloo is perfect for us right now!

**What do you like best about Lobiloo?**

I am very pleased with the software for creating bids for my clients.  I hate counting stems and this not only is a visual
aid but a counter as well.

**What do you dislike about Lobiloo?**

I am still learning how to customize how to make the bid look more like my business.  I would like a more user friendly tutorial.
I also would like a way to accept payments that was more affordable.

**What problems is Lobiloo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love the list of flowers and counting the stems. I do have to go back and customize the descriptions.  Sometimes
the name of the flower is confusing to my wholesaler.  For instance leather leaf is called something else in this software.  Or I find a flower written two different ways.  I believe in the orchids this happened. I combine them and
move on.
I am very happy with Lobiloo.  I would recommend to anyone wanting to save time.
