At Geranium Lake Flowers, FloristWare has completely transformed how our shop operates day-to-day. We love all of the features like fulfillment; we can pull up any date (especially those wild holiday rushes) and instantly see every order that needs designing and delivery. Reporting is another standout; daily sales, monthly trends, tax reports, everything is just one click away. The built-in address verification has been a lifesaver too, Google Maps checks every address the moment an order comes in, catching wrong apartments, misspelled streets, or other issues before drivers head out! As a shop with three employees, this software works great! It allows us to smoothly run the shop and stay organized. We can process cash and carry sales, pick up orders and deliveries with ease. My main issue is having duplicate standing orders. i have to go into the system and put them in one at a time instead of hitting a button and the system creates a standing order for every week till i cancel it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the multiple screens can be slow and take some getting used to, they follow the best progression for taking an order. The progress tracker is a terrific feature, especially when we are super busy (although its hard to keep up the deliveries for notification during holidays). Integration with website is limited to just order retrieval, duplicates record and must be manually merged, one by one. Standing orders must be entered each time, reports are limited. Can't go one place to get all information on a client without taking a sale. Held orders do not print updates, and paid orders do not indicate paid when reprinted, unless from progress tracker. Card messages are not printed with email receipt or cost per item. Can't change recipient name (when misspelled) and send a new receipt to prove it was changed. Would love to have senders email on the order automatically and ability to attach images to the customer record.
