**What do you like best about LiveConnect Chat Multicanal?**

Excellent multichannel platform, flexible and understandable interface. It allows you to connect all current communication channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, facebook among others in one place. The live chat team strives to make you handle the tool efficiently and therefore provide you with super practical video tutorials.the cost is affordable also has a free trial. It is in line with the advances in this communicational matter.

**What do you dislike about LiveConnect Chat Multicanal?**

Live connect is a 10 /10 platform, I love it in all its functionalities. And the support is perfect so to say that I don't like something, I don't have how.

Whatever your field of services or products you need to sell and responding quickly is a fundamental key, so using this tool is an advantage. So I highly recommend it.

**What problems is LiveConnect Chat Multicanal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company's sales force, which is made up of 2 sales consultants, 2 salespeople and the person writing this as the manager in charge, has improved its customer service, since we are all interconnected to the WhatsApp business and can respond simultaneously, which is fundamental in my department. To serve the customer promptly is one of the keys to win customers and with live connect this has been a reality
