# How do I use this program to its maximum potential?

I'm sure there are even more ways for us to use this program in a more sophisticated way. I would love suggestions or additional training.

Chances are you are using this software as part of your overall customer solution.  If that is the case, I would recommend investing time to create single sign on functionality.  It will make switching applications appear seamless to your customers, and Litmos' open architecture makes it fairly easy to accomplish.

I've selected, implemented, and administrated Litmos at 3 different companies now.  I'm happy to connect and answer any questions you may have.  

There is SO much Litmos can do, but the answer to your question will ultimately come from how you need to use it within your organization.

ILT - Instructor Led training is cool and can be setup from anywhere. 
If you have the support software you can create just about anything you can imagine; i.e. clip art, video clips, etc. 
Creating teams and learning paths specific to the groups needs is pretty nice too.
