We utilize it when onboarding, along with using it as a reference to find driver's phone numbers. It's very easy to use which makes training new folks a breeze! **What do you dislike about Fountain?** Admittedly, I haven't discovered a feature that I do not like when using Fountain. It's one of several tools we have and makes doing our job more efficient. **What problems is Fountain solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fountain makes a variety of features available to our agents and staff depending upon your settings.
