Set up is relatively easy, although we did not try uploading so I cannot speak to that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

customer service is slow to respond, on nights of service if something is wrong, that can be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Linga rOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is our first POS, so it actually improved a great deal. Trends, time clock for staff, professional presentation of bills, so much has been improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Visibility of layout from menu items. The log in screen is easily late four and understood. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The options within the layout are not set up for someone with limited knowledge. The screen options are confusing if your still learning. It take much time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spend time getting to know the system, it’s not helpful unless you understand where everything is and how it can be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Linga rOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has slowed down order times because of not being able to spit checks and understand the steps to do this and other simple actions. Also when ordering multiple menu items, you cannot attach the customers items to be printed out together and delivered together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
