**What do you like best about LimeCall?**

LimeCall is the all in one solution your business needs. From scheduling calls to using virtual phone numbers, it covers it all. The most exciting feature? Custom hold music that adds a personal touch for your clients. Whether you’re managing customers, leads, or internal teams, LimeCall streamlines communication and keeps everything organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about LimeCall?**

I have no dislikes about LimeCall. It truly delivers on all fronts. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to extend the trial period. While the 14-day trial works fine, having a longer trial would make the experience even better

**What problems is LimeCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LimeCall helps keep all calls and client work in one place. You don’t have to use different apps for scheduling, virtual numbers, or managing leads. It saves time, keeps things organized, and makes work with clients and  team much easier. The custom hold music also gives a nice professional touch.

**What do you like best about LimeCall?**

According to my experience, Limecall serves perfect call-back solutions to customers and leads for agencies. They Provide you a support system to get more customer’s concerns. All of the information for lead services all showed up on the dashboards perfectly. It increases the number of visitors with the help of lead conventions.

**What do you dislike about LimeCall?**

I don't find any misleading services in Limecall. All of them work well in effective and efficient ways.

**What problems is LimeCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is also effective towards the inbound lead services.

**What do you like best about LimeCall?**

- Limecall widget helped us to improve leads generation from our website (as we didn't need to invest in advertising we saved money),
- easy to use and clear interface,
- great customer support.

It helped us not only to increase conversion rate from our website and get more valuable leads, but also helped our sales team to improve their performance.

**What do you dislike about LimeCall?**

Well, maybe the pricing - we would prefer it to be cheaper, however we managed to save money as we didn't need to invest in the advertising thanks to this solution.

**What problems is LimeCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before having tried LimeCall it was a bigger challenge for us to engage with potential customers who had visiting our website. The bounce rate was quite high, while conversion rate not satisfactory for us. With the LimeCall widget this is so much easier to generate leads and we close more deals than before.

**What do you like best about LimeCall?**

Since the implementation, we noted a significant increase in the efficacy of our sales team. No more missed calls or unhappy clients waiting for their call to be answered.

Also, the support is dependable and truly listens to their customers. The interface is more than sufficient & easy to use. It really helps us gain more leads!

**What do you dislike about LimeCall?**

I needed some time to get to know how to use the panel as well as some of our less tech-savvy reps (but they managed).

**What problems is LimeCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We invested so much money on different tools/strategies in the past for advertising and driving traffic to our website, but before we installed Limecall we hadn’t been able to convert incoming leads. Now the tool supports us in this, no lost opportunities!

**What do you like best about LimeCall?**

I can buy #s, track the volume of calls by dashboard, record calls. I like the ever evolving click-to-call functionality which has begun to get traction with our business. This product is extremely versatile. The development and management team is very responsive, and this product - in it’s various iterations is certain to be a winner.

**What do you dislike about LimeCall?**

There’s little I don’t like. I’d like to be notified about newer features without having to log in, so I’m poised to leverage new and cool functionality.

Click to call was needed. This a great solution for that. Not everyone wants to engage with our chatbot...

The price depends on the number of sales reps in the team, which is great for a small business.

**What do you dislike about LimeCall?**

Sometimes the tool confuses clients' business and personal contact information, not a big deal, yet occasionally we are thought to be telemarketers

**Recommendations to others considering LimeCall:**

Saves time and increases customer satisfaction.

**What problems is LimeCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With LimeCall, we decreased the number of missed calls. All the information about calls is visible as tickets and stats are easy to check in the dashboard. We also like the Google Calendar integration as we can assign an agent for a particular scheduled call and make sure they will be available at the specified time.
