It is helpful but a pain to always have to go through a 3 step process in order to copy the citation to a piece of text. I should be able to copy a citation much more easily rather than having to click two to three times in order to copy the text and the citation and then paste it to a word doc...speaking of, why can't I just use a shortcut to cut and paste??
