Unable to download enough cases at once. Often I'll select all and it'll say it's too many and the number it suggests is greater than the number of cases. I've never been in a situation where I wanted to download more than one version of a case or it article. I always wanted to download PDF versions of all of them separately and yet I often have to do multiple runs. I used Quicklaw as part of my training as a law clerk and legal research. I like how used friendly the website was in finding cases and legislation on all legal topics. It eradicates the need for a paper library for cases and books on law. I live in Ontario so I was able to divide my searches for cases in Ontario court of justice, Ontario superior court, and Supreme Court of Canada. You can choose which legal fiend the search is within. the words "and", "not", "or" and within /# of words helped narrow my searches even further. Quicklaw significantly reduces the amount of time it takes for legal research. Law Office would be able to save there client a lot of money by taking advantage of Quicklaw.
