
LEX has been easy to work with, set up and then revise later when my "script" needed to change or when I was integrating new programs (like CRM or practice management). I would say that even though there is no "incentive" they do have a high rate of setting consultations with my script and calendar plug-in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I would say most of the receptionists are "good" to "fine" every now and then I will have a recording that leaves things a little to be desired (lack of enthusiasm in their voice, "going through the motions" so to speak). Feels too beholden to the script rather than using some more common sense to answer right quesstions and move the call around positively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
