**What do you like best about LEX Reception?**

Person-to-person contact is available during the day, at night, and on weekends.

**What do you dislike about LEX Reception?**

There’s really nothing not to like—everything has been great. It’s also easy to make modifications to your script at any time, which has been very convenient.

**What problems is LEX Reception solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reliably routes calls whenever we can’t answer the phone, no matter the time of day or night. Messages also go straight into our Clio environment, which keeps everything in one place.

**What do you like best about LEX Reception?**

LEX has been easy to work with, set up and then revise later when my "script" needed to change or when I was integrating new programs (like CRM or practice management). I would say that even though there is no "incentive" they  do have a high rate of setting consultations with my script and calendar plug-in.

**What do you dislike about LEX Reception?**

While I would say most of the receptionists are "good" to "fine" every now and then I will have a recording that leaves things a little to be desired (lack of enthusiasm in their voice, "going through the motions" so to speak). Feels too beholden to the script rather than using some more common sense to answer right quesstions and move the call around positively.

**What problems is LEX Reception solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a solo practioner and (proud to say) very busy and I have a healthy marketing budget. LEX allows my firm to accept calls, book consultations, and weed out some bad/nonsense calls while I am running around to court and dealing with my "real work."
