As a fully remote company with employees across the US and CAN there are various federal and state laws that apply to people depending on where they live. LeaveLogic makes it easy for us as an employer and others as an employee to see the specific options available to them based on where they live. While I'd say most people use LL for parental leave, it is especially helpful when people have less common leaves to take and are totally unsure of what options are available to them in these situations. No dislikes come to mind from my perspective / based on how I use LeaveLogic as an HR Admin. Could maybe be useful to integrate this into HR platforms (not sure if this is an option, but we personally don't use it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
