As an owner of the company that is an external product design & marketing partner for LEAP, I have seen both its true potential, capabilities, as well as room for improvement. Here is my honest view for anybody considering the product.
What I find best about LEAP is the high capability of the product and the complete "all-in-one system" it offers, making business owners not need another solution or connect 300 separate tools together.
LEAP can genuinely cover the whole process from lead management, tracking contacts, resource allocation, and sales pipeline through delivery, generating invoices and everything it takes (team management, time tracking, calculating profit,...) to overall management of your business and just seeing where things are number-wise, then predicting what's coming in the next months.
As a single tool that contains all this information about your business, it can easily tell you anything you'd like to know without you ever opening another spreadsheet and running the calculations yourself. Not to forget the new Quotes feature, letting you generate quotes easily and then reuse them for any new clients, significantly reducing the time you spend creating quotes.
Even though there's still room to improve and the team is continuously working on the user experience, the product is already fast in performance, pretty intuitive and easy to use — you can explore and figure things out quickly on your own without needing comprehensive training first.
At pricing starting at just 11 EUR a month, with a free trial and a free demo booking available, you genuinely have nothing to lose by giving it a go and seeing if it's a fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As we provide product design, there is always something to do better, and it is very easy for us to spot any place that needs improvement. For LEAP, it is nothing that would affect the functionality itself, but rather would make the experience just that much better. For example, with the current version of the product, in some places there might be a bit too much data or fields shown at one time, on one screen, requiring you to scan the screen a bit longer if you are not yet used to the product. If I were to summarize any downsides of the product, I would simply call it "nothing that affects the core functionality or blocks you from getting value from the product, but rather just areas the team is already aware of and working on", for sure getting them done as the product progresses.
