**What do you like best about Leadtrax?**

You can keep track of your Lead info and schedule your callbacks, easy to use, and you can use it daily

**What do you dislike about Leadtrax?**

Right now is outdated, some things you have to do manually, not auto tasks, and integration with key systems is not available or not easy to set up.

**What problems is Leadtrax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leadtrax was revolutionary when it came out, but now is falling short, don{t get me wrong, is still a good CRM solution, but, not the best anymore.

**What do you like best about Leadtrax?**

LeadTrax makes it easy to manage leads for your company by areas of interest, web leads, departments, and more. Canned responses, email and text message alerts are also available. In addition to their lead routing they have lots of reporting options for individuals and managers.

**What do you dislike about Leadtrax?**

I wish the vendor communicated with customers more to let us know about updates, lags, and issues. 

**Recommendations to others considering Leadtrax:**

Ask questions to the support team when needed!

**What problems is Leadtrax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With LeadTrax we are able to easily route leads within our network of 3,600 agents. The ability for mobile text alerts and email alerts is huge for our company as most agents are on the go.
