As someone who works in marketing, data is absolutely essential to me. I appreciate the careful engineering that has gone into the backend of this software. Since we offer services rather than physical products, we needed to implement significant customization and modifications to accurately track referral data through to the completed sale. While this was achievable, it required considerable effort on our part. We signed with them a year ago and they told us some of the critical features we needed were on the upcoming roadmap, and support cannot give us any clear answers. It was easy to figure out how to configure the affiliate program for different groups. Also, support team was quite reactive in providing answers to my questions. Many models for affiliate emails, Terms & conditions Template document for affiliates, etc. Affiliate Dashboard provided transparency to our affiliates. Lead Dyno integrates really well with Shopify and their 's reporting tool is better than other tools I have tried especially when it comes to reoccurring subscriptions charges.
