"Decent software, missing some critical features, and support is not great."

What do you like best about LeadDyno?

Software is good, works as intended, no problems with current functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadDyno?

Missing some critical features like bulk moving between affiliate groups, time limits on commissions, etc. Support is not super reliable or helpful. We signed with them a year ago and they told us some of the critical features we needed were on the upcoming roadmap, and support cannot give us any clear answers. "Easy to Launch Affiliate Marketing Tool"

What do you like best about LeadDyno?

It was easy to figure out how to configure the affiliate program for different groups. Also, support team was quite reactive in providing answers to my questions. Many models for affiliate emails, Terms & conditions Template document for affiliates, etc. Affiliate Dashboard provided transparency to our affiliates. They can easily check how they are progressing, dramatically improving our relationship and their eagerness to make more money with our affiliate program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good tool for those starting out in affiliate marketing"

What do you like best about LeadDyno?

Lead Dyno integrates really well with Shopify and their 's reporting tool is better than other tools I have tried especially when it comes to reoccurring subscriptions charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system interface is outdated and could use a new design with improved UX. There is a bit of a learning curve to start working with this tool but you can easily find resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadDyno?

What do you like best about LeadDyno?

I always have multiple questions, and they have no issues in replying with courtesy and speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadDyno?

Chat service is not available on the weekends, and sometimes I have pressing questions that I need help with and have to wait until late during the weekday as they don't stat chat services until late mornings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your feedback. Glad you like the traffic/lead/purchase tracking. As far as the setup process goes, it is something we are always trying to improve. Our product is designed to work for many types of business of all different sizes which can take a bit more effort to get setup but we hope all the tools make it easy to grow your affiliate program. "LeadDyno has easy layout + use"

What do you like best about LeadDyno?

I'm able to see new clients that sign up. I am commissioned based on new clients, and it's the easiest place to see what clients have signed up that I have personally dealt with! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadDyno?

Not sure all of their features are useful to me. The graphs on the homepage are cumbersome and confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure to watch all the videos about the features. There are things I don't know because I haven't taken the time or been onboarded enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeadDyno solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to see visitors that are coming to our site organically which has been really helpful. It's good to know where in the world our users are so we can write appropriate ads to target the right people! We didn't know we had so many international users!
