As someone who works in marketing, data is absolutely essential to me. I appreciate the careful engineering that has gone into the backend of this software. Since we offer services rather than physical products, we needed to implement significant customization and modifications to accurately track referral data through to the completed sale. While this was achievable, it required considerable effort on our part. It was easy to figure out how to configure the affiliate program for different groups. Also, support team was quite reactive in providing answers to my questions.
