I am highly dissatisfied with LeadBird.io for several reasons. Firstly, they falsely presented themselves as industry leaders, which was misleading upon actual engagement. There is a significant mismatch between their promises and the actual value delivered, especially regarding lead quality and alignment with my ICP. Despite the expectation of receiving more qualified leads, the results were insufficient and often irrelevant. Additionally, their team seems overwhelmed, leading to poor customer support experiences; my customer success manager was unresponsive and inconsistent, making promises they failed to uphold. The services offered, such as promised LinkedIn management, were never delivered, and we justify saying we were offering that, but we can't do it. Why you offer something that you can't fulfil? LeadBird.io also inaccurately markets itself as a SaaS platform; instead, it's a manual process with minimal software advantage, primarily showcasing their work rather than providing functional tools. Furthermore, they lack transparency and honesty about their capabilities and often attempt to maximise their profits at the expense of genuine client outcomes. Their methodology was poor, showcasing an approach akin to 'throwing noodles at the wall to see what sticks,' which did not inspire confidence.
