How can we save money and time while increasing security and productivity? **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026 **What do you like best about Lavawall?** It manages to replace a bunch of tools for less money, saves a lot of time by providing information we didn't know we were missing right away, and fills huge security gaps in areas where other tools just "check the box." Like the phone rings, we're right in the user's tickets, computer status, and remote support. We go to remote support and on the same screen see that a computer is overheating, hasn't rebooted in two months, and has missing patches. We don't need to elevate our session to admin, just launch tools in the session or backstage as admin. No bringing up QR codes, changing tools, getting out your phone. It's just there. A prospect calls. Just enter their domain and boom! we have a tonne of issues to talk about from their bad email security to web vulnerabilities. Just issued a vulnerability report and the client wants an update? One minute and an updated report is out the door. A client has new compliance requirements? A couple clicks in the GRC and we have a plan or status. Microsoft breach? No more waiting for Purview exports. The breach details and activities are right there. For existing clients, we would have already had notifications. Clients in obscure verticals need training for AI, PCI, and general security awareness.
