LAGO automates and optimizes multichannel marketing activities, significantly cutting production time and costs. At its core, LAGO is a PIM, DAM, and marketing production solution with an integrated checkpoint-based collaborative workflow, versioning optimization, and proofing system. LAGO consolidates data and assets from multiple sources in a central repository for various marketing channels. Projects for e-commerce, print, mobile, social media and point of sale can be planned, produced, and output directly from LAGO. What are LAGO's Key Core Functions? • PIM: Manage product data for multiple regions/versions. • DAM: Manage all types of assets and media. • PLANNING: Plan and organize channel-specific projects. • WORKFLOW & PROOFING: Checkpoint-based workflows with integrated proofing and approval cycles. • ADMIN: Use Admin to configure the system (i.e., role and user rights, import/ export, workflow parameters) How can LAGO benefit your organization? • PRODUCTION: With our exclusive InDesign plugin, LAGO enables visibility into assets (DAM) and data (PIM), as well as the proofing and workflow modules–all without leaving InDesign. LAGO's advanced, logic-driven templates also help automate page building, streamline versioning, and ensure consistent branding. It's a great way to collaborate on a project, such as building catalog pages, inserting copy and editing. This program helps to manage sometimes difficult, complicated functions into a logical step-by-step process and allows all members of the team to take ownership and at the same time be responsible for what they did at their stage of the process. **What do you dislike about LAGO PIM?** Sometimes it's difficult to see the list of changes that were made before you actually click on them. When a department makes a lot of changes or inserts a great deal of comments, it's occasionally a bit cumbersome and messy to extricate them.
