One feature that stands out is the dormant lead reactivation workflow, instead of letting old leads sit unused, They intelligently reconnects with them and helps bring opportunities back into the pipeline. It also integrates smoothly into existing sales workflows, reducing manual work for teams while improving response times and conversion efficiency. Overall, the platform saves time, improves consistency in communication, and helps sales teams focus more on closing deals rather than constantly chasing leads manually. **What do you dislike about Kyzo AI?** The only downside I’ve noticed with is that some of the more advanced features take a bit of time to fully understand at first. Their personalized AI agents and calls based on area code are really helpful. I love the feature where their AI voice agents can switch languages in the middle of conversations, adjusting as per the customer's response. It's great how the AI agents can detect if a customer is angry or understand the general context and respond correctly. Overall, Kyzo AI has really improved our conversion rates by helping us reach every single lead. I also found the setup process to be easy, especially with the kickoff call from the founder where everything was explained, and it required no developers to connect to our CRM. **What do you dislike about Kyzo AI?** I would love if they could introduce a feature where after the first call, if the lead calls back on the same number there should be some system to respond or pick the call or something of this sort.
