&lt;p&gt;Birlasoft&#39;s team showed the deepest knowledge for us specifically in process manufacturing workflows, that&#39;s where their configuration recommendations felt most tailored rather than generic. We haven&#39;t hit a requirement yet that needed escalating past them.&lt;/p&gt;
