It was slow, cumbersome and rather antiquated, but it worked for what we needed. **What do you dislike about KORVUE?** The upgraded version is web based. with the various upstart fees it would run $18k, then $650/mo. What makes it worse is their customer service. Having decided not to renew the service, they told us that we needed to cancel 4 months prior to the end of the 12 month. they are now charging us for a full year because we missed their artificial deadline. **What problems is KORVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** It tracks patients and services. ### 2. Many of these are not useful. **Recommendations to others considering KORVUE:** pursue free software for scheduling clients **What problems is KORVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We schedule all of our patients using Korvue ### 3.
