**What do you like best about KORVUE?**

It was relatively inexpensive in the past. It was slow, cumbersome and  rather antiquated, but it worked for what we needed.

**What do you dislike about KORVUE?**

The upgraded version is web based. with the various upstart fees it would run $18k, then $650/mo. What makes it worse is their customer service. Having decided not to renew the service, they told us that we needed to cancel 4 months prior to the end of the 12 month. they are now charging us for a full year because we missed their artificial deadline.

**What problems is KORVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It tracks patients and services.

**What do you like best about KORVUE?**

Plenty of features for this software, and a strong ability to generate reports 

**What do you dislike about KORVUE?**

The software is very slow, often taking 30 seconds to load, and there are simply too many features. Many of these are not useful.

**Recommendations to others considering KORVUE:**

pursue free software for scheduling clients

We schedule all of our patients using Korvue

**What do you like best about KORVUE?**

Enjoy the many customizable options as well as the specific details (I.e patient allergies/medication section, unconfirmed appointments, color coding)

**What do you dislike about KORVUE?**

The system has many errors and will shut down/freeze often 

**What problems is KORVUE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often have to seek help from IT for the many errors, but we are able to utilize the system well when it is running smoothly. Very detailed system that allows electronic charting/reminders, etc
