I like the cloud the best. So I can do my work away from the store. the system was so close to what I had and that was the biggest plus. I didn't have to learn very much, just the different wording of things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that when I have any sort of issue whether it be big or small there is always a helpful solution and someone willing to help me solve it and teach me how to avoid it in the future. That peace of mind is priceless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although the customer service is excellent I find the system has occasional bugs, like if I can in a new barcode it will occasionally generate an older one instead of the new one. The customer service is great. There is always a person to talk to so even if I'm gone our employees can reach out and get their questions answered immediately. Cloud-based so I didn't have to purchase specific POS hardware. I was able to use a regular touchscreen PC running windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KORONA POS?

There is a slight learning curve to the inventory management side of things. Definitely can be used for much more detailed things than we use it for.
