The interface is clean and easy to use, incorporating client management, scheduling, case note formulation and storage, separate services, integrated billing, customised automatic emails, and reporting/analytics, all in one streamlined system. I honestly couldn't imagine running my own practice without it! **What do you dislike about Konfidens?** Nothing - the company are amazingly receptive to user feedback, and are continually rolling out minor improvements and upgrades to enhance the already strong offering. Ongoing support is provided instantly, and the company are creating a series of webinars for how to get the most out of the platform. The platform literally pays for itself in saved admin time and peace of mind, and is incredibly robust and stable. Future plans involve more native integration and two-way communication with other popular systems like gmail and calendar. It is already an excellent package, and the company's future development plans are both realistic and exciting. **What problems is Konfidens solving and how is that benefiting you?** Konfidens provides an essential service to both new and existing independent counsellors, and group practices. It combines candidate management, scheduling, video conferencing and billing into one streamlined practice. It genuinely allows you to streamline and/or automate the actual management of the practice, allowing you to focus almost exclusively on delivering the service, rather than making sure it runs well. While it's excellent for established practitioners, it's invaluable for new ones, as the platform itself provides a logical structure and workflow that allows you to build a stable, smooth "back end" to the service you're providing to clients. After using it exclusively for months, I can't imagine doing it any other way! ### 2.
