It is a complete, robust, well-designed and intuitive solution for practice management, providing all the tools needed to set up and run an individual or group service for counselling or other health-related occupations. The interface is clean and easy to use, incorporating client management, scheduling, case note formulation and storage, separate services, integrated billing, customised automatic emails, and reporting/analytics, all in one streamlined system. Nothing - the company are amazingly receptive to user feedback, and are continually rolling out minor improvements and upgrades to enhance the already strong offering. Ongoing support is provided instantly, and the company are creating a series of webinars for how to get the most out of the platform. The platform literally pays for itself in saved admin time and peace of mind, and is incredibly robust and stable. Future plans involve more native integration and two-way communication with other popular systems like gmail and calendar.
