The relationship team is also excellent — they're responsive, proactive, and always supportive. **What do you dislike about KODO?** Development timelines can be slow, which sometimes delays access to needed features. Additionally, more real-time data and reports should be available directly on the dashboard instead of being accessible only via downloads. **What problems is KODO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kodo helps us streamline payment processing and manage spend efficiently. The drag and drop interface combined with pre build modules made it very easy for me to set up some standard customer care responses. **What do you dislike about KODO?** Introduction of sharing and editing of the bot configurations withi my team created some difficulties. There was no real time collaboration and that led to version control problems and extra time wasted. **What problems is KODO solving and how is that benefiting you?** KODO optimized the fundamental customer service interactions to some extent.
