What do you like best about KnowledgeLake?

Knowledgelake has been a document processing essential application for us, we utilize for many of our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR, Environmental Health & Safety, Legal processing. Specifically, the new AI data tools around extracting key pieces of data from documents and the Workflow engine to help us with our Approve and Coding process with invoices. As you can imagine every Vendor's invoices are different, but with Knowledgelake Intuitive AI we can extract the essentials extremely fast and accurate.

Knowledgelake also offers a great technical support team that can help with new processes and or support through changes or issues.

We process 100k+ files a year with this application. The integrations into our current data sources and ability to easily ship files off to various systems allows us to store the files wherever needed. We have many easy processes, but we have some more complex scenarios where we needed something that is ultimately flexible, highly configurable, and can adapt to our ever-changing needs with how we automate against moving documents around and through a business process and Knowledgelake continually shows up. We have various other projects where we plan to leverage Knowledgelake with this value! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KnowledgeLake?

We get a lot of value, but we also need new features and functionality, for the most part Knowledgelake is keeping up and I think for the most you will get the functionality needed. We have some specific opportunities we are asking for and the good news is Knowledgelake actually listens to these asks and acknowledges them as quickly as possible. I think overall the roadmap would be good to have more visibility into the next 4 quarters releases and what's coming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
