**What do you like best about Knockwise?**

Being able to see results in a snapshot glace
Having access to MLS data when farming offers the ability to have all the correct details and ensure errors are minimised
Tracking the KM metrics also offers enables multi staffed teams to ulitise the contacts

**What do you dislike about Knockwise?**

Occasionally the app does freeze and when it restarts sometimes the last set of data has been lost

**What problems is Knockwise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilising my time effectiviely to ensure the contacts I have are well esbalished and correct
The app is also very useful when training new staff
