**What do you like best about Knit?**

Knit has been an absolute game-changer for our marketing team. The tool is incredibly user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes it easy to manage and track all our marketing campaigns in one place. It offers a robust set of features that have significantly streamlined our workflow, from content planning to social media scheduling and analytics.

One of the standout features is its automation capabilities, which have saved us countless hours by automating repetitive tasks. The detailed analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights that help us refine our strategies and optimize our campaigns for better results.

Knit's customer support is top-notch as well. They are always responsive and go above and beyond to assist with any issues or questions. **What do you like best about Knit?**

It is easy for me to find a sample for any research project since I have more than a million participants I can select from. The integration of quantitative and video data aids in gaining a detailed insight into Gen Z importance preference.

**What do you dislike about Knit?**

However, if I wanted to target specific groups such as gamers in the Gen Z or consumers who are conscious about the environment, the platform does not provide a segment level within the panel.

**What problems is Knit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knit saves the effort of searching for Gen Z participants for marketing or product development purposes. The opportunity to have a random and numerous panel whenever needed is essentially helpful in cutting short working hours.

**What do you like best about Knit?**

Forced complementarity of such quantitative data with short video responses from Gen Z consumers gives a much fuller picture of their drivers and actions. Enabling me to search for information for particular requirements at one-stop shop.

**What do you dislike about Knit?**

One difficult was that of integrating Knit with other marketing research tools that I already used. This results in additional steps in delivering the information and complicates presenting findings together with data collected from other sources.

**What problems is Knit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Knit, I have been able to understand Gen Z consumers better, a group that is generally challenging to study. The video responses as supplemented add so much context and realistic details.
