**What do you like best about Kevy?**

My favorite part of using Kevy is its accurate predictive analytics and behavior-based customer segmentation, which completely fixed the inefficient marketing issues we had back when we relied on VBOUT for our sports retail store on Zoey. Before switching, VBOUT only supported basic email blasts with no smart grouping, so every customer — whether they were regular bulk team buyers or one-time casual shoppers — received identical promotions. I ran into a huge operational issue last year during the high school football season: we stocked up on large volumes of football uniforms, shoulder pads, and team accessories, but our generic marketing failed to target school coaches. We ended up with slow-moving inventory that almost missed the pre-season sales window. After we migrated to Kevy, everything changed for our daily retail workflows. Kevy automatically tracks every visitor’s browsing habits, cart items, and historical order data to split audiences into precise groups. I can easily set up dedicated triggered campaigns: users viewing team uniforms get bulk discount reminders, while customers browsing casual workout gear receive individual product promotions. The real-time dashboard is another huge plus for my role as operations manager. I don’t need to run complicated reports or cross-check multiple spreadsheets anymore. During our recent soccer pre-season promotion, I monitored cart recovery data live, adjusted campaign trigger timing on the spot, and successfully recovered nearly 40 stalled orders that would have been lost previously. Overall, Kevy’s intelligent personalization eliminates the blind, wasteful mass marketing we used to do, stabilizes our seasonal sales volume, and makes our sports retail outreach far more precise and results-driven.

**What do you dislike about Kevy?**

The most frustrating drawbacks of Kevy mainly revolve around its poor compatibility with our Zoey e-commerce system and inflexible backend editing functions, which create constant manual workload for our retail team. The biggest issue is the zero native integration with Zoey, meaning there is absolutely no automatic sync for product prices, new arrivals, or stock status. Back in spring this year, we updated the pricing of youth baseball gloves and restocked dozens of new athletic items in Zoey. I had to manually update every corresponding product link, price label, and campaign description inside over 20 Kevy automated workflows. The whole process took me half a workday, and I even missed updating one discount rule, leading to inconsistent promotional information for a small group of customers. Besides integration flaws, Kevy’s customer segmentation rules are overly rigid. When I tried to create a re-engagement campaign for clients who purchased team uniforms two years ago and had no repeat orders, the system could not support multi-condition filtering combining purchase time, product category, and customer activity. I was forced to export raw data, sort it manually in Excel, and re-import the cleaned list, which delayed our back-to-school marketing schedule. On top of that, the template editor has no bulk editing function. Every seasonal copy update or brand banner replacement requires opening templates one by one, which is extremely repetitive and increases the risk of typos or missing updates during our busy peak seasons.

**What problems is Kevy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kevy solves the core pain points we struggled with for a long time when we used VBOUT alongside our Zoey sports retail store: blind marketing, low cart recovery rates, and wasted seasonal inventory opportunities. In the past, our entire marketing workflow relied on manual grouping and generic emails, with no way to distinguish high-value B端 team clients from individual retail shoppers. I encountered a serious operational loss during last year’s basketball pre-season. Many school coaches added bulk uniform orders to their carts but abandoned checkout. We had no targeted follow-up mechanism at that time, so these high-intent orders were completely lost, and we were left with excess basketball inventory that had to be sold at discounted prices after the season ended. After adopting Kevy, this problem is fundamentally resolved. The platform automatically captures user behavior, classifies customer groups intelligently, and launches personalized triggered reminders for abandoned carts and inactive customers. It also helps me reasonably push targeted promotions for slow-moving sports equipment, greatly improving our inventory turnover efficiency. As a retail operations manager, I no longer need to spend hours sorting customer lists and drafting repetitive notification emails manually. Although I still have to manually sync Zoey product data due to the lack of official integration, Kevy has standardized our entire customer outreach process, effectively reducing lost sales, stabilizing seasonal store performance, and freeing up plenty of time for me to focus on core work like inventory management and order fulfillment coordination.
