I've been a customer for 4 months now just paying my money for no service privileges.... I'm on the line with customer service as I type and have been on hold a half hour with no answer, called and talked to a service representative this morning and no one has returned a call or fixed my issue in the entire 4 months I've been with this sad company! Auto texting works on one day then not the next, can't return texts from the app like they say you can, can't read the text because they go down a A straight line 1 character at a time, they blamed my phone but it's a new galaxy phone so that ain't it. I'm just dumping money into a big waste of service... and now that my business is listed with this number it's in use so it's not like I can just say oh well and get a new number that would cost me quite a bit of cash for reprints of flyers business cards and other listings that's been posted. Then they say you can port the number out for a 200.00 fee yet they take my money every month for a poor quality service! With no help or fixes for your problem.... so now I guess I'm stuck PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE! OR YOU MAY END UP STUCK FOR 2 YEARS BEFORE YOURE FREE TO PORT THE NUMBER OUT! One tech I had name was Chad Damair he seemed alright but never really got the job done, then when I got the customer service rep today she looked over my account and saw he was trying to help and he closed the ticket as complete. Yet my service is still the same! Not working... but the way it tool me 15 minutes to type this out on my phone and im still on hold with no answer this makes a full 45 minutes now...... and they haven't even offered to compensate me for the months without use of my service that I pay for but can't use! **What problems is Kall8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** None at this point! ### 2. I left my phone number on their voicemail, I have emailed them - Their customer support or new sales are not responding at all. **What problems is Kall8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Toll Free number ### 3. The customer service is HORRIBLE ‼️ When you call the customer service phone number, you sit on hold for HOURS and then the call is dropped. 2. If you want to cancel your account, you MUST call the customer service number to do so. There should be an option to cancel online like it was in the past **Recommendations to others considering Kall8:** Explore other remote call plans before considering the "cheapest" option. **What problems is Kall8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The more detailed reviews that are left, then possibly they can fix the Customer Service problem that they have. ### 4. Great pricing structure and it allows me to forward the numbers to my cell and I can see which company the call is for. **What do you dislike about Kall8?** I wish the company actually had a Kall8 iphone app. I recently switched over to Ringcentral because of the app feature. **Recommendations to others considering Kall8:** Pricing is great. **What problems is Kall8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits are I can be out of the office, at a meeting, at a coffee shop doing work and I can field important phone calls via cell phone.
