**What do you like best about Kaizen Training Manager?**

We have a LOT of training that is required for compliance in our industry. So we have to keep track of not only the training that has been completed, but also when the training is required to be taken again. 

It used to take so much time to pull together all the requirements and cross check with the training records to find what's currently required even for just one person or a small group. 

Kaizen Training Manager keeps track of all of this so we can just pull up a report to get the full list at any time.

**What do you dislike about Kaizen Training Manager?**

We didn't realize at first that every personnel record can have multiple job roles, so we were having trouble setting up the requirements. Once we figured that out and set up the job roles for every role, it was much easier.

**What problems is Kaizen Training Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Kaizen Training Manager we could never keep up with the changing training requirements to be in full compliance. Now it's a snap and our audits are much easier.
