We have a LOT of training that is required for compliance in our industry. So we have to keep track of not only the training that has been completed, but also when the training is required to be taken again. It used to take so much time to pull together all the requirements and cross check with the training records to find what's currently required even for just one person or a small group. What do you dislike about Kaizen Training Manager? We didn't realize at first that every personnel record can have multiple job roles, so we were having trouble setting up the requirements.
