**What do you like best about Kadar?**

The self, team, and peer assessments have helped us identify areas of strength and weakness across the organization, while the internal insights tools have provided valuable insights into our team structure and alignment. The learning library has also been a valuable resource, offering personalized training courses that have helped our team members stay engaged and motivated. I would highly recommend Kadar to any HR professional looking to support employee development.

It could be a bit overwhelming at first, and it takes some time to learn how to use all of the features effectively.

**What problems is Kadar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kadar is solving a number of key problems related to career development and performance management. Simple to use, but gathers complex data and makes it easier to track employees' development.

**What do you dislike about Kadar?**

Not much, I would like pictures on People list to be bigger, and maybe some additional filtering.

**What problems is Kadar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We finally have all the info considering one employee in one place - on his profile, his employment data, all measured skills, trends, and info what should be done next.

- UX is great, all-in-one solution for company that has multiple teams - tasks, surveys, org chart, company bookmarks

**What do you dislike about Kadar?**

- I would like to see more tooltips for reports, they are quite complex

**What problems is Kadar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- people management and tracking the "red zone", it helped us solve multiple urgent matters
