They provided a clear framework for my organization to examine its current pay structure and the roles and responsibilities of the staff. What do you dislike about Justly?
Justly is a young company with one primary staff -- they use a bench of consultants to help get the work done. I wish there were more diversity on the team -- people with different ethnic identities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
