Mainly it helps in easy feedback collection, simple survey setup, clean dashboard, real-time insights.

sometime it is limited advanced analytics, basic integrations, occasional UI lag, fewer customization options in templates.

We face some challanges while building our first product and at the same time someone suggest us Jusfeedback tool to our company's for analysis customer behaviour and collecting feedback. That's change our look to analyse customer demand completely different.

We used this product in our company valuein.io for a very long time to collect curomer feedback from different points  and it's satisfy us at all the way so nothing dislike in this tool.

Customer feedback collection and analysis data was the best things happen with us using this tool. After working on this platform we took some crucial steps to changes in our platforms that's works really well in our software.

I disliked the slow response to updates and feedback, given that I feel it will help consumers utilize the platform better

I am able to view/analyze feedback in a more constructive way without bias and implement it realistically. Allows leadership to plan better as well for the anticipated needs / wants of our clients/ people.

Not sure about at this moment. As I am not using now to suggest anyone. But it could be better if they have some privacy of customers data.
