Our office actually loved this software. It is new, at least to us, but it helped us process juror source lists and groups, send questionnaires and summonses, Forms jury panels, Records juror service and basic case information, Produces jury management reports and notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One drawback is that there were a few kinks, not many, but to be expected as a new software gets used. The one area we would have loved more information or capabilities on was the basic case information I mentioned above, it was definitely basic but good to keep shorthand notes for reference.
