**What do you like best about JURY+ Web Generation?**

Our office actually loved this software. It is new, at least to us, but it helped us process juror source lists and groups, send questionnaires and summonses, Forms jury panels, Records juror service and basic case information, Produces jury management reports and notes

**What do you dislike about JURY+ Web Generation?**

One drawback is that there were a few kinks, not many, but to be expected as a new software gets used. The one area we would have loved more information or capabilities on was the basic case information I mentioned above, it was definitely basic but good to keep shorthand notes for reference.

**Recommendations to others considering JURY+ Web Generation:**

Before even starting, just have a plan on how you're going to use it. Having a plan going in, instead of just random process, will help the software do its best for you and for the firm.

**What problems is JURY+ Web Generation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helped us keep a lot more organized during the entire jury process. You may not know but voire dire can be awful and this software helped us maintain a clean spot to go.
