KnowBe4 is the most established and heavily reviewed by a wide margin, IT managers trust it as the long-standing category leader for phishing simulation and training content breadth. Hoxhunt is very highly rated too, and reviewers specifically like its gamified, personalized approach that keeps engagement up rather than training feeling like a checkbox. SoSafe is another well-regarded European-strong option, good if GDPR-aligned training content matters to you. For a mid-market team specifically, EasyLlama is worth a look, very highly rated and known for being simpler and faster to roll out without a big admin lift. To be real, the split is roughly: KnowBe4 for the deepest content library and phishing simulation muscle, Hoxhunt or EasyLlama if ease of rollout and engagement matter more than breadth. How big is your team, and do you have a dedicated security admin, or is this one more hat for an IT generalist?
