**What do you like best about Juro?**

I think what I love the most about Juro is that the team behind it is constantly working to enhance the system, regularly introducing new features and  integrations that make Juro even more efficient and effective. It's clear they listen to user feedback and are committed to providing the best possible experience.

Another thing I love about Juro is how the team is always eager to support us in our projects. Their responses are always quick, and they go above and beyond by answering our questions, educating our team, and teaching us how to maximize productivity with Juro.

Overall, I’m highly impressed with how easy it is to use and how much it continues to evolve. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and innovative contract management solution.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

One challenge I’ve encountered is that external parties are often reluctant to use Juro from the beginning of contract negotiations through to signing. Many companies still prefer working with Word documents rather than utilizing a platform like Juro, which allows for seamless end-to-end contract management. However, the team is actively collaborating with me to encourage other companies to adopt the platform for the entire negotiation process.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro helps us centralize all our contracts and important documents, making it easy to manage everything in one place. It also allows us to create templates not just for the legal team, but for other departments as well, leading to more efficient workflows and significant time savings.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The best feature for our organization is the template feature. It allows you to create contract templates and define rules for how the contract can be filled out. This ensures that our account managers are able to accurately complete contracts and reduces errors and back and forth with clients.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Tracking renewals is not a built-in feature as we anticpated when we signed up. Juro allows you to manually set reminder notifications based off a date. However, this is a one-time thing. So you cannot be reminded every year if that's the renewal term. There needs to be a feature to automatically see the renewal date of the contract and allow you to see a list of upcoming renewals each renewal period.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is helping us better scale our sales team and still be able to maintain proper contracting processes and execution

Juro has continuously evolved to meet our needs, and has helped up engage business partners in the legal review process with ease. The team at Juro is very responsive and helpful and continues to find ways to improve our use of the platform.

For our teams (not legal) that uses Juro, sometimes we have to find "workarounds" for non contract documents.

1. a organized searchable central repository to house all of our contracts and documents
2. electronic signatures for internal documents to employees that require sign back, as well as third party papers

The interface is very nice and user friendly. The portal is easy to use and it saves a lot of time while trying to find the exact document.

Can not think of anything. So far I didn't find any disadvantages.

The repository is used the most by me. It was the main reason we decided to start using the system in our company. I am really happy with the OCR which helps me quickly find needed data in all the languages.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Very intuitive and easy to use. Relatively easy onboarding and world class support throughout our partnership. Juro has really helped our legal department become more agile and provide self-serve options for other teams within the company. Implementation is easy in terms of the platform use, mostly because it's so intuitive and easy to use. New AI features are promising too.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Nothing that comes to mind. Keen to see more AI roll-out.

Streamlining contract management throughout the whole life-cycle (creation-signing-repository). Freeing up legal time through self-service and efficiency gains.

I get a lot of questions from managers on how to add a signatory field manually (dragging and dropping) as it is not easily evident. Some more visual support might help.

Having an easy way for contracts to quickly reach our candidates and immediately getting countersigned by the Director

The unified contract workspace has improve visibility and accessibility across the organisation. The easy to use design has made it easy to onboard team members across departments with positive feedback on user friendliness. 

Contracts can be created, edited, approved and signed in one signal platform removing time spent switching between applications and searching for information and the approval workflows give a clear audit trail of sign-off from relevant departments. 

Self-serve features have freed up legal team time to focus on more strategic tasks.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

More options to upload and negotiate third party contract templates which I understand is in development. 

Enhanced capabilities on the AI feature and improved integration without tools (for example, Docusign and signature block with witness signatures for Deeds).

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficiencies in contract management (being able to easily pull relevant data, monitor renewal and termination timelines, enable other teams to self-serve who need access to contract data including finance and relationship management).

Remove time spent by legal in creating contracts and giving more autonomy to the sales team to self-serve. Enhance collaboration in contract review and negotiation (legal, sales, relationship management, finance) can all review, feedback, approve at the same time and there is a clear audit trail. 

We are starting to use the AI functionalities more and more and are looking forward to the next release of features in this space.

Having all contracts in one place with easy visibility, smart fields are a game changer and reminders for upcoming renewals.

Nothing springs to mind! Have only been using the system for a few months.

Having lots of customers with varying contracts made it very difficult to manage renewals and collaborative working, using Juro has eliminated these difficulties.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

As a sole legal counsel, Juro is showing to be a very useful tool to create all sorts and types of contracts. Wheter I need to draft HR related contracts, Coroporate documentation or commercial contracts with external parties, Juro is there to make it as easy and quickly as possible. Creating templates using the generative AI tool is also something that would be very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Sometimes a feature seems to be not working all of a sudden or some setting seems to be changed. But honestly, the support team of Juro is very quick in answering and helping out whenever needed.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy contract management and E-signatures. Creating and using templates is really benefiting my work.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

My favorite part about Juro is the seamless integration with Salesforce. Our staff lives and breathes Salesforce so providing them with a feature in a platform that they are already familiar with was paramount.  Additionally, the Juro support team has been nothing short of amazing. They are always so quick to respond and provide helpful insight.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

As a growing and innovative company, we tend to come up with extraordinary ideas of how our programs can benefit us better.  One of the flaws I have with Juro is that it feels when we request certain upgrades, they don't seem to make it on the enhancement list.  For example, bundling contracts in one email to a client is important to us, and while there are other programs out there that offer this, Juro did not seem keen on it being a future option.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Majority of our company completes and signs contracts by hand, while a smaller portion of our company uses DocuSign.  Both avenues allow for too much user error.  We released Juro in one of our markets and the contract creation efficiency has vastly improved as well as the contract data integrity.

Version control no longer an issue. Resending links is simple and resolving queries with multiple viewers is clear.

Not everyone is happy receiving a contract to review in Juro vs Word/pdf.
Templates can become a bit clunky vs native Word.
Customer support is very quick and effective.

Not all companies trust / use electronic signatures even in 2024. It can be difficult to encourage third party use.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created a self-serve system for the sales team through Salesforce which has made the process of requesting a contract streamlined. The native editing feature, electronic signature and then storage means we can use Juro for the whole lifecycle of the contract which is really efficient.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

We found that implementing Juro was straightforward and low effort.

We didn't require support as we'd had some experience with the platform in the past and it took about 60 mins to set up our workspace and our first contract template.

I ran a 30 minute training session with the sales and customer success team on Friday and by Monday we had our first contract created, sent and signed in Juro.

The features that are included are extensive and while we don't need all of them now it means that we can grow into the platform as our approach to legal ops matures.

While Juro does have a lot of functionality the platform still seems simple to use which is ideal as we have to provide minimal support to the team as they can navigate through the contract process and we still have peace of mind that they won't be able to send anything without the necessary approvals happening.

Looking forward Juro's integrations align well with our current tech stack e.g. Hubspot, Slack, Google Drive and connecting these tools seems incredibly easy (the Hubspot integration is particularly impressive).

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I would like to have more granular access controls for certain users and processes and while this has gotten more extensive since I last used the platform it would be ideal to have more options e.g. negotiation can't be turned on by certain users.

Also some more flexibility around reminders and when the notifications are sent would be great but there are workarounds for this and we do not rely on these reminders alone if a customer contract is coming up for renewal.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is helping us to enable the sales and customer success teams to send contracts to prospects and current customers without our Managing Director having to do this for every contract which was taking up a lot of their time as well as slowing down how quickly we could send contracts due to time zone issues.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro has many wonderful features but I would say my favorite feature would have to be the rules function. We utilize this feature extensively and it has made our lives so much easier. I also appreciate that I can add an individual as an approver or recipient on the contract template and they will populate on every contract created with that template. This funcation has ensured I never miss a fully signed contract. The table views have been very helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Many of the items we have had issues with Juro is currently working on correcting. They are extremely receptive to feedback and have shown us they are more than willing to work on items we find issues with. In the past year they have rolled out many new features that have improved the user experience.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Juro we did not have a cohesive contract process between our divisions. Each division handled contracts in their own way, they stored contracts on their own servers, and tracked contracts individually. Since implimenting Juro a year ago we have been able to create a central contract repository, ensure uniform contracts from division to divisions thanks to the temapltes, more accuarely track and manage contracts, and focus more time and energy on the quality of our contracts.

Juro is an incredibly user-friendly yet potent Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool that is designed with a careful selection of thoughtful features and a distinct focus on simplicity. This fine blend of power and simplicity makes it an ideal tool for businesses of every scale and across various industries. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and not overwhelming, making it easy to navigate even for those who are not tech-savvy. This simplicity, however, does not compromise its robustness, making it a highly efficient and effective tool that integrates seamlessly into our workflows, enhancing our efficiency and productivity. It has become an integral part of our daily operations, helping us manage contracts with ease and precision. Furthermore, the customer support offered by Juro is nothing short of outstanding. Choosing to be an online editor can be challenging when dealing with someone who is resistant to these types of tools. Thankfully, gradual improvements have been introduced that allow you to work with traditional Word documents in Juro. Some features may still be basic, but the constant pace of improvements compensates for it. Often, you just need to be patient and wait for the implementation of the desired feature.

Juro offers a semi-automated method for managing daily contracts and assists us in maintaining a contract repository.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Contract management used to be a painful admin task for our legal team.  Things were located locally on desktops, sometimes on the google drive (in who knows what folder), etc.  Now we have one source of truth for all of our contracts and couldn't be happier.  One of the other amazing things about Juro is that the sales team can self-serve and take a lot of the initial burden off of the legal team.  Further, the business is much more protected due to permissions features and approvals. We use it constantly and have a wonderful collaborative relationship with customer support.  The whole legal function operates amongst ourselves as well as with internal stakeholders with much more ease thanks to Juro!

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There are no downsides to using Juro!  We have nothing but good things to say.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro solves our problems both of how to store contracts and how to take a contract from inception through the whole life cycle.  This takes significant time and energy burdens off of the legal team and things are also done with more consistency and accuracy.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The time that it has allowed the Legal Department of my company to save. Indeed, Juro has enabled our departments to draft contracts independently from the Legal Department, with the assurance that all legal protections are still put in place.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Sometimes, it adds extra steps to the process. For example, if any minor change is made to a contract, the platform requires to send it to the counterparty, and the counterparty still has to send the contract back to us, before we can accept the changes and send for signature. Outside of Juro, if the change is minimal such as correcting a typo, I would normally send for signature with a little warning message to say that the typo was corrected outside of mark-up.

Juro is enabling the legal department to focus on strategic advice and more important contracts, by allowing other departments to draft contracts below the DOA threshhold independently from Legal.

Enhanced Contract Lifecycle Management:
Managing the entire lifecycle of contracts from initiation to renewal or termination used to be a fragmented and disorganized process. Juro has transformed this by offering a comprehensive solution that covers every stage of the contract lifecycle. We now have a centralized platform where we can draft, negotiate, sign, store, and manage contracts. This centralization has not only provided better organization but also enhanced visibility and control over our contracts. The automated reminders and alerts for important dates like renewals or expiries are particularly beneficial, ensuring we never miss a critical deadline. Additionally, the ability to track changes and maintain version control has greatly reduced errors and misunderstandings, leading to smoother internal and external communications.

Speed and simplicity. Both for our internal team and clients, Juro is straight forward ad simple. Espeically when dealing with contracts, there is no concern from our new clients about the authenticiy of a contract coming via Juro. Jinnie in customer support was also fantastic when it recently came to renweing our contract.

Unlike other e-sign partners I do not believe Juro has read receupts when clients open a contract, which can be a useufl tool

A quik and effecient way to send out contracts to new clients, helping to ensure what can often be a slow process is made simple. Ease if signing for the client is essential.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro's interface is really clean and simple for setting up new contracts with standardized templates. They have some if-then logic to leverage Salesforce data, and it makes sure our sales team gets all required approvals and proper contract language included, regardless of how familiar they are with the contract terms.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Juro is changing to a volume-based price model, which is very similar to their competitors so it's understandable, but that's losing a competitive advantage they had with different options for SaaS pricing. We prefer the user-license-based model because we generate large numbers of contracts every month and it gives us flexibility with our business model.

They allowed our low-tech team to setup a really high-functioning contract management system that directly and simply integrated with salesforce

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Very user friendly.  Implementation process was easy.  Open API capability and some useful native integrations.  Company appears to be re-investing in their technology, which is nice.  I hope they continue to expand in Australia.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Currently users sign once and on all panels at the same time.  The product doesn't allow for applying your signature to different pages one at a time.  Hopefully they can introduce this at some stage.  It would be amazing if you could set hide/show rules for attachments.  Otherwise its a very good platform for contract management, much much more affordable than Adobe's enterprise software.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously we were maintaining some 20+ contact templates.  We now maintain far few templates, which means when updated clauses there is limited room for error.  Our teams are not having to insert and remove clauses manually.  The smart fields have saved time keying in data from our recruitment platform.  Higher level of accuracy.  The platform allows signatories to negotiate and make comments on the document, which enables us to keep more centralised records.  Substantial improvement in efficiency and collaboration between stakeholders.

Juro's Account Managers, Customer Support and Legal Engineers have been super responsive and really helpful. The Juro platform itself is clean and simple, making it easy to use relative to other CLM products on the market. We are in the early days of implementation, however so far we can see a clear way through to achieving our objectives with Juro and feel confident in the team's ability to support us through the integration process.

It's a powerful platform relative to its price point, however we've found that some things that seem like obvious product features aren't quite there yet. That said, there always seems to be a way to work around those challenges and there's no such thing as a perfect CLM.

Juro hasn't set out to be an all-singing-all-dancing CLM solution - it does the core things well like contract assembly and e-signature. It has several out of the box integrations and a powerful API which provides considerable flexibility.

Juro has revolutionised the way we work with frequent, repetitive Order Forms that can be inputted by the business stakeholders instead of the Legal team. Juro has also improved significantly on more complex contracts that involve conditional logic or multiple brand entities on one side, which means we have expanded our use case for Juro. We also use its Mass Signing capabilities frequently and have had success with large-scale projects using Juro. Customer support has also been very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I believe Juro is for the type of client that has frequent, repetitive Order Forms, so for bespoke or highly detailed/bespoke contracts it is more difficult to automate.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro solves the problem of repetitive contracts using the same templates, which can be self-served. This helps us free up time to the tune of around 80 contracts per month which previously all required legal input.

Juro's automated workflows and template management features have helped us work more efficiently and effectively. Our users really appreciate Juro's short learning curve due to Word-like editor and intuitive interface. We've been able to go from a contract review process that involved six different platforms down to two. Juro's support team has been very responsive to issues and receptive to new ideas. We also like the relatively quick pace of its product enhancements. It is clear that Juro is committed to continuous improvement.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

In the future, we hope to see a more complex filing structure, improvements in the mechanism for handling attachments, and a more direct linkages between related contracts (i.e. parent-child relationship). That said, we find that many or most of the features we'd like are already somewhere in Juro's development plan.

The tool - a lot of apps or Legal Tech companies have great sales pitches but do not follow through. From the very beginning, the team was not pushy but eager to showcase how Juro could support our current (and future) priorities. The integration and support team have been great to work with - the support is quick and I love that they listen to customers' feedback and implement updates that are really beneficial. It was also really easy to get set up and integrate which helped our roll out to the business as it wasn't something they needed high training on or 'another process' to slow them down. We have seen great value extending beyond just legal.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There is some functionality that we would prefer to see like customised reminder periods i.e. 4 months and including annual reminders but these are not active dislikes just things we would like to see in the future to add some automation to these instead of the workarounds.

Personally there's nothing I like about it. I know my company bought the tool because it offered more features than the alternative ones though.

It is really poorly designed, very hard to navigate, and not intuitive whatsoever. The UI is also very buggy (eg. really tiny button that you need to hover on suuuper precisely if you're going to have any change of clicking it).

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Best thing about Juro is simply how many boxes it ticks: integrations to enhance Sales ops; adoption by the People team for employment agreements; implementation of Juro by the Finance and Tax teams for the volume of statements, and agreements they need signing; how easy each team has adopted Juro with the available training and help resources; and the ability to use Juro as a 'single source of truth' repository for all docs - having one tool that merges a number of different alternatives and resources is hugely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

By virtue of how many teams and people use it, and not having the scope to be an approver for the sheer daily volume of documents, it requires a pinch of trust that figures inputted are correct and match internally. While we've amended user permissions so nobody can edit free text except Legal, the fields can often be edited via Juro itself or its integrations.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing the location for all of our key contracts; reducing time spent on creating and sending contracts; managing risk with increased oversight on contracts and letters; and being able to rely on one tool for everything contract management; and the ability export spreadsheets with key figures etc. which we can use for reporting internally.

Saving hours by having the ability to amend contracts in-platform as opposed to taking out to edit on Word/G Docs, as well as having the confidence that everything signed post-Juro adoption is all in one place.

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Great (and very consistent) customer service. Good pace of updates and feature improvements that are really based on actual customer concerns and suggestions. Overall very good platform - it has most things I can think of as an inhouse lawyer and, perhaps most importantly, isn't cluttered with features that make it confusing to use. Our teams are very happy, and our inboxes too. Countless hours saved emailing back and forth PDF's or word files and trying to keep track of it all.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Has been a relatively painless implementation process - perhaps a noteworthy missing feature would be a natural language processing or tagging function that would cut down admin time when transferring messy G-doc/word files to the new system (i.e. less time on excel is always a plus). NLP/tagging could would also be a great way to generate nuanced reporting on contracts.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Less time wasted on emails sending back and forth documents and tracked changes. Peace of mind having all our contracts in one tidy space (which no one can accidentally delete). Easy to keep everyone using the same updated templates. Far more control over contracts and negotiations.

Nothing I can think of. The Juro commercial and technical support teams are incredibly efficient despite the fact that they are located abroad. In addition, the Juro platform is extremely user friendly, implementation and integration was technically seamless, and Juro is constantly building and developing new features in collaboration with their customers.

Juro has allowed us to streamline the delivery of legal services to the businesses we serve. Juro has improved our contract creation, dissemination and retention processes tremendously.  Because of Juro we're more nimble and organized.  The customer service we get from the Juro team is probably some of the best I've ever encountered.

I don't think there is anyting I dislike.  Occasionally we run into a situation where we "wish Juro could do X".  The great thing is that often, if you send that wish-list to the Juro team, the engineers will take it into consideration in their next iteration.  They're constantly updating and adding new features which is great!

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Juro, our manual CLM was disorganized and inefficient.  Juro has increased our lifecycle by at least 50% if not more, i.e., we spend less time finding contract templates and chasing down signatures.  Juro has also empowered our content area experts to easily generate their partner contracts for my review instead of waiting on me to generate all contracts, the details of which I may not be as familiar with as my colleagues.  It's really helped us eliminate major bottlenecks.

Having templates with rules that are quick and easy to adjust. Smart fields makes drafting a lot faster and easier. Being able to do internal reporting and auditing. Being able to export data into excel and adjust what is shown in excel has been really handy for audits and reconciliations.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Counterparties are not familiar and often prefer to redline outside of the system. Cannot change the status to "in negotiation" if the counterparty isnt using the system to redline. Word copy download doesnt include redline if the contract has not been "sent back to the other party" through the system.

Time! Juro has saved a lot of time in terms of filing, finding stuff and reporting. Equally super easy to track where a contract is in its lifecycle and what is required to progress. Juro has also put in a lot of dev work to make the product better such as cross referencing function & sending for reviews where counterparty has multiple people that need to review a contract.

Agility - the  tool is adaptible to our particular company needs e.g. we've found conditional clause mechanisms helpful to support our multi-brand group of companies on a single template. Our stakeholder's are able to prepare templates simply with Q&A set up process. Juro client service team have been very attentive in the management of our account, keeping us up to date with new developments and swiftly addressing any queries which we have.

It can be a bit confusing/not always intuitive setting up a template as legal team admin. 
Searchability on the platform could be improved, and integration with Gdrive filing system and Adobesign is pretty lacking.
