# Who has the best virtual workspace tool for sales teams running a virtual cold-calling floor vs. general remote teams wanting an always-on office?

Orum also targets high-volume outbound teams directly, with reviewers citing the hands-free auto-dialing and the Virtual Salesfloor for real-time coaching and shared accountability among reps.

From what I've heard, it gets close on the accountability and visibility side, reps can see who's dialing and managers can jump in for real-time coaching the way they would walking a physical floor, but the organic energy of a bullpen, the overheard call that makes someone laugh, the spontaneous fist bump after a close, doesn't fully translate even with tools built specifically for this. So the structural benefits of a virtual floor seem to hold up better than the emotional ones, which tracks with why it's usually described as productive rather than as genuinely replicating the in-person feeling.
