What I like about Juro is the contract creation and workflow capabilities. The template builder is genuinely robust, making it easy to standardise documents and roll them out across different teams. The approval workflow is also well-designed and the signing flow works smoothly end-to-end. One of the strongest parts of the platform is the ability to negotiate directly within Juro. Counterparties can redline and leave comments in the external comments panel, and we can respond in the same space. This keeps the negotiation trail clear and centralised without needing to jump between emails or multiple document versions. Operationally, Juro has made it much easier for us to centralise and manage all templates and contracts. Everyone in the company can access the latest versions from one place, and it creates a clear audit trail that helps with accountability during drafting and negotiation.

We have had a great experience using Juro, particularly with its ability to customize and create templates in separate, private workspaces. The recent updates to the HubSpot bidirectional sync have saved us hours of time and are simple to create and update.
