## Juro Reviews
 ### 1. A Modern Solution for Contract Automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vira A. | Client Services Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro has become an indispensable part of our daily work with both clients and employees. I really appreciate how efficient and intuitive it is. It allows us to store contract templates, collaborate through internal comments with our team, and communicate externally by responding to questions from our clients and partners.

Using templates with smart fields significantly streamlines the contract creation process. The fields are populated automatically, and require very small to no adjustments, making the preparation of new contracts faster and more efficient than ever before.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The only downside of the application is its relatively high price. However, considering the wide range of built-in features and the efficiency it brings to our daily work, I believe it provides excellent value and is well worth the investment.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro has fully automated our contract management process, saving us significant time and resources. By streamlining contract creation, approvals, and storage in one platform, it has made our workflows much more efficient and allowed our team to focus on higher-value tasks instead of manual administration.

 ### 2. End-to-End Contracting in One Place with Helpful Templates and Smartfields

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Celeste . | Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Having the entire contract process in one place has been really helpful. We can draft, get approvals, send documents for signature, and store the final version without constantly switching between Word, email, and a separate signing tool.

The templates and smartfields are useful as well. The commercial team can manage standard agreements on their own, so the Legal Team only gets pulled in when something genuinely needs legal input.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

A few things could be better:
- You can't upload a signed PDF over a template once it's been through negotiation, which is frustrating when a deal gets signed outside the platform and you just want the executed copy on file.
- Formatting sometimes breaks, so documents need tidying up more often than they should.
- The Word integration isn't quite there yet - it works, but not seamlessly.
- I've found the AI assistant (Operator) unreliable, so I don't really trust it for anything I can't double-check myself.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro gives us one clear place where all our contracts live, so I'm not hunting through email threads and shared drives to find the latest version. That makes day-to-day contract management much easier and saves time when I need to check what was agreed.

It also stops both parties editing the same contract at once, so there's no risk of conflicting changes or losing track of who did what. Everyone works from a single, controlled version, which keeps the negotiation clean and avoids mistakes

 ### 3. Centralised contracting that actually saves time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew G. | Front Desk Receptionist/PA to the Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

What stands out most to me about Juro is the team behind it. They are responsive, a pleasure to deal with, and clearly invested in making the product genuinely useful rather than just selling it to you. On the product side, having contract drafting, negotiation, approvals and e-signing all in one workspace (along with Slack and Word integrations) has made the whole contracting process far less painful.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The AI features aren't quite perfect yet and can be a bit inconsistent. That said, they're already useful in their current form and clearly improving fast, so it feels more like early promise than a real drawback.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro centralises contracts that used to be scattered across Word, email and separate e-signature tools, giving us one place to track status, versions and key dates. That's saved us time on drafting and approvals, and let other teams self-serve on routine contracts using pre-approved templates, freeing me up for higher-value legal work.

 ### 4. Efficient and user-friendly CLM tool for modern legal teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoe S. | Junior Legal Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro enables fully digital and collaborative contract work without media disruptions. The intuitive interface allows for quick onboarding – even for non-lawyers. Customizable templates make standardized, legally compliant contract creation extremely efficient. Automated workflows help us in the legal team save significant time, particularly for routine agreements like NDAs or service contracts. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is seamless and fully transparent.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

For more complex contract structures or heavily negotiated agreements, the tool can sometimes reach its limits – especially regarding advanced formatting capabilities in the editor. Integration with certain third-party enterprise systems (e.g., document management systems) could be more flexible and extensive. That said, these are minor issues given how solid the core functionality is.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro helps us streamline the creation and approval of standard agreements like NDAs and service contracts. Previously, even simple contracts required manual editing, back-and-forth via email, and PDF signatures – all of which was time-consuming and error-prone.

 ### 5. A must have for any in-house legal team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasia G. | Legal Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Very intuitive, easy to set up, used by non-legal teams seamlessly, freed up a lot of my time; new features are released regularly; great customer support

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Waiting impatiently for a feature that will allow to restrict viewing permission to some documents, but this can be achieved by additional, creative steps. I wish that agreements that are only uploaded for signature (not created within Juro) would not be counted against the limit within a certain plan.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replaced a lot of manual, repetitive work. It has automated some most burdensome processes. It lets me focus on more valuable work. We use it mostly for freelancers contracts and for low-value partnerships contracts where the other party does not have its own template. We also benefit from the Zapier and Slack integrations.

 ### 6. Bulk-Sending Contracts Saves Us Tons of Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda P. | Senior Compliance Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I love the feature that lets us bulk-send contracts. We have a few contract amendments yearly, and being able to send them in bulk to over 240 partners saves me so much time.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I would appreciate it if they could add better tracking for rejected clauses in contracts. We’ve received a lot of feedback from counterparties who find that part of the process confusing, and they would like clearer visibility into which clauses and terms have not been accepted.

I personally would love to see the contract signatories to be downloadable so we can easily reuse them for upcoming amendments etc.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped immensely with contract management at a larger scale, from bulk sending to tracking signatures and keeping on top of pending contracts with automated chasers. It’s been a lifesaver.

 ### 7. Sped up our contract process. Strong HubSpot integration, a few admin gaps

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam T. | Corporate Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The HubSpot integration is the standout — contracts generate from deal data in seconds, with two-way sync so line items and pricing populate automatically. Most of our contracts now come straight from the integration, so our commercial team self-serves without routing everything through one person. Day to day we also rely on native e-signature with reminders, internal commenting and tagged approvals, conditional logic that shows/hides clauses by product type

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Mobile is a key one - no responsive experience and no near-term commitment, which hurts when approvals need handling on the move. Beyond those, the UI can feel unstable (in-page contract search has been unreliable for us), and signing notifications still lean on workarounds - we built our own Slack integration to get the visibility we needed.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is our single system for the whole contract lifecycle — drafting, approval, signing and storage. The headline win is speed: time from contract created to signature sent has dropped sharply, and high-volume agreements now move without legal touching each one. The HubSpot sync kills duplicate data entry and gives CS contract visibility in their existing views, and consolidating onto native e-sign (we retired a parallel DocuSign route) tidied up the process.

 ### 8. A tool we actually use every day

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fulya G. | Senior Legal Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Juro?**

We’ve been using Juro for around 3 years now, and it has become a key part of our legal operations. What I appreciate most is how much the platform keeps evolving. Juro clearly invests a lot in developing the product, and the new AI features are a great example of that — they feel genuinely useful for in-house legal teams and help make contract work faster and more efficient.

The platform is easy to use for creating, collaborating on, signing and managing contracts, and the customer support continues to be excellent. The team is responsive, proactive and regularly helps us get more value out of new features. Overall, Juro feels like a product that is constantly improving in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There is very little I actively dislike. One feature wish would be a deeper native Google Docs integration, similar to the existing Word add-in, so teams working in Google Workspace could collaborate just as smoothly. Overall, this is more of a nice-to-have than a real downside.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped us save significant time by streamlining workflows, reducing back-and-forth, and speeding up the entire contract process.

 ### 9. Easy Contract Visibility and Working Across Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pip T. | Commercial Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The ability to see all contracts that are being worked on by anyone in the team, the ease of finding signed contracts, and the ability of our wider organisation to see them as well.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The ability to "show" changes since the last version would help in approving and reviewing situations. Sometimes we work collaboratively, and when there is a change we click "Show Me" but it just takes you back to the top of the document, and it doesn't Show any changes - highlights would be good or a notification against the paragraph or Smartfield. Something to make it easier to see what has changed.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speedier contracting, one place for documentation, ability to link Sales, Delivery and Commercial Teams in one place. Leading to more efficient working and speedier time to market.

 ### 10. Effortless Contract Management with Continuous Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicolas C. | Director of Customer Operations & Account Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I love how easy Juro is to use and how they are constantly working on the product, launching new features all the time. I've been using Juro since their early versions, so I've really seen how the editor has evolved from its initial state to something as strong as other tools like Docs. I also appreciate their negotiation features, which allow signatories, reviewers, or approvers to make comments on specific parts of the document, enabling the other party to review, accept, or deny. Their product team genuinely gathers feedback from users, which is something I value a lot.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The only thing that’s missing for me is the identification of accounts within the system

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro streamlines contract creation through the sales process, manages contract templates and repository, and simplifies contract negotiation.

 ### 11. Juro Streamlines Contracts with Intuitive Design and Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elynn B. | legal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro has been a great tool for streamlining our contract workflows. It's intuitive and easy to use, making adoption across the business straightforward. The ability to integrate with our quoting tools has helped create a smoother Quote-to-Contract process and reduce manual work.

One of the biggest strengths of Juro is the support team. They're incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely receptive to feedback. We've seen suggestions and feature requests quickly considered and incorporated into the product, which makes it feel like they're continuously improving the platform based on customer needs.

Overall, Juro has been a reliable partner in helping us build more efficient and scalable legal processes.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I think the reports are a great help, but they could be better.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract management and automation.

 ### 12. Intuitive, Lightweight, and Powerful—Backed by Outstanding Juro Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The user experience is great - very intuitive tool. The simplicity of the design makes it feel very lightweight while offering rich functionalities. There is very little operational friction in the sense that there are few clicks, no loading time, easy navigation and customization. Overall an amazing fit for a team that needs to stay agile and adapt to changing business requirements and legal landscapes. Finally, being able to develop and customize templates completely in-house gives amazing control and ownership. I recently did an integration and needed some technical support - Juro's support was very quick to respond, clearly tailored every answer to my situation and offered to standby to help me meet my internal timeline. My highest praise go to this team!

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

If you don't create a structure for your depository from the beginning, it can be difficult to clean up later on.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The requirement to deliver employment contracts and amendments both fast and customized to each hiring case.

 ### 13. Effortless Contract Management with Juro

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stanisław W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I like Juro because it brings the entire contract process into one intuitive platform. The clear status overview gives me an immediate sense of where each agreement stands, which is super helpful in managing contracts efficiently. The ability to add notes to specific signatories is also valuable, especially since our high-level managers rely on my recommendations. The initial setup was very easy, and I was onboarded in just one day thanks to the system's intuitive nature.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I would like to receive some kind of copy of the message that I've sent to the particular signatory, or maybe it could be saved somewhere. I haven't found that option yet, and I think it could be useful especially after some time.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Juro for centralized contract management, which streamlines approvals, signatures, and storage in one place. It reduces manual follow-ups and tracking, offering clear visibility for my legal team and helping the business expedite contracts. Adding notes for signatories is also valuable for senior management.

 ### 14. Streamlined Contract Management with Some AI Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola I. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

One thing I appreciate about Juro is how intuitive the platform is to use. The support team has also been excellent, consistently responsive and ready to help, with guidance that has proven genuinely useful whenever we have needed it. Beyond their user experience, Juro has meaningfully sped up our contracting process and reduced manual work through its AI features. It handles a large volume of documents well, providing a clear overview that makes it easy to stay on top of where things stand across our contract pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I find that sometimes the functionalities like AI Review or Operator do not work as intended. On AI Review, some comments disappear, and the review is not always very accurate, not matching proper legal review standards, as relevant sections might not be recognized. However, it is somewhat helpful in flagging inconsistent areas with the playbook. As for the Operator, it is a bit slow and doesn't always bring back accurate results. The in-text reading function needs improvement, though it manages better when smartfields are filled in. Additionally, the initial setup wasn't too easy, requiring a lot of manual work, including document uploads and mapping with smartfields. Hopefully, this may be resolved with certain AI features in the future.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro speeds up the contracting process, minimizes manual work with AI, and helps manage a large flow of documents easily.

 ### 15. Straightforward Contract Generation with a Clear UI, Strong Integrations, and Fast Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Makes contract generation process very straightforward.

Straight forward, clear UI/UX compared to majority of other CLMs or native contract generation features (Hubspot, salesforce, docusign from experience).

Strong integrations with our tech stack - Hubspot, Slack, (would be amazing if there was a Claude MCP too though as we don't have a company Chat-GPT license.)

Can't comment too much on the AI function as I use Claude in my day-to-day (so I don't use the redlining or the playbook functions). Only use it for translations into different languages, which it does well.

Responsive support team who respond quickly. Onboarding was fine - would've been good to have more input on how other customers use their Juro when building ours though.

Good ROI - majority of contracts now self-serve, good comms functions within the platform, rules in the background also allow certain "non-standard" positions to be self-served. Only gripes are the "approval flows" which are re-set anytime any changes are made in the platform.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

No Claude MCP (yet), slightly clunky approvals process (re-sets with any changes to a document, leading to numerous approval requests for the same document form already busy internal teams). Slack notifications only to deal owner, not to those tagged in internal comments which can mean tags get lost. Otherwise very satisfied.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-serving contract generation, saving legal time and speeding up closing of deals.

 ### 16. Magic Fields and a Fast, User-Friendly Contract Workflow with Great Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Magic fields help our teams without contract drafting experience generate agreements from our templates with minimal intervention, which frees up review hours to spent on other business-critical tasks. The process for reviewing, redlining, and sending for signature is clear, fast, and user-friendly throughout the overall review process. Internal and external comment features allow both our internal team and external parties to manage the entire process within Juro itself. Support for Juro has been great, and the team reply quickly, are very knowledgeable, and happy to assist where possible.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Juro does have it's issues with switching between suggesting and editing views, with larger documents this can result in some unpredictable results such as automatically scrolling back up the page from the point that this toggle is switched. Additionally, it would be preferably to have some finer formatting enabled while in suggested mode - as it stands, it doesn't seem that it's possible to indent or bullet cleanly, so this requires constantly toggling between suggesting and editing views to enact changes neatly.

Additionally, I would like to see some more in depth reporting in Juro - the existing function is quite basic, and it would be useful to see more detailed metrics as a contract moves from the draft, through various review / redline stages, up until the final signature.

While I appreciate this is likely not a possibility given the conflicts, it would be useful if Juro could have the capability to port into external party's contract management softwares (e.g. DocuSign) for ease - sometimes this is unavoidable having to use two different systems, and would save on admin time downloading/reuploading documents at various stages.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is saving us a lot of time on the creation and initial execution of documents by our Revenue team, as we can assign set templates and fields for them to self-serve their own basic documents.

For any bespoke papers, the fact there is already a material template in place ensures that any individual redlines are usually fast and efficiently done.

Juro also provides us with a single-software environment to collaborate, rather than this taking place across multiple document issues and communications channels.

 ### 17. Streamlined Contract Management and Effortless Negotiation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thao P. | Senior Legal Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Juro?**

What I like about Juro is the contract creation and workflow capabilities. The template builder is genuinely robust, making it easy to standardise documents and roll them out across different teams. The approval workflow is also well-designed and the signing flow works smoothly end-to-end.

One of the strongest parts of the platform is the ability to negotiate directly within Juro. Counterparties can redline and leave comments in the external comments panel, and we can respond in the same space. This keeps the negotiation trail clear and centralised without needing to jump between emails or multiple document versions.

Operationally, Juro has made it much easier for us to centralise and manage all templates and contracts. Everyone in the company can access the latest versions from one place, and it creates a clear audit trail that helps with accountability during drafting and negotiation.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Some aspects of the interface could be more user-friendly. Dragging smartfields within the list, especially those not yet used in the document, can be cumbersome, and it’s not always easy to quickly locate the field you need. The side panels are also fixed in size, which can make it difficult to read long comments or navigate dense feedback threads.

The playbook review feature is helpful for flagging basic points we’ve built into our playbook, but its accuracy is inconsistent. Similarly, the AI extract tool works but is limited in functionality and occasionally misidentifies or mislabels clauses.

In negotiation, while the direct markup and commenting are strong, Juro doesn’t support redline-over-redline workflows. This limits its usefulness for more complex negotiations that go through several rounds of revisions.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro has made our contracting process far more structured and transparent. It gives us a single source of truth for templates, executed contracts, and negotiation history. This reduces version-control issues, improves internal alignment, and makes it easier to track responsibility across teams. It also streamlines the negotiation process by keeping all commentary and redlines in one platform instead of scattered across emails or attachments.

Overall, Juro has significantly improved visibility, consistency, and accountability in how contracts are created, reviewed, negotiated, and managed across the company.

 ### 18. Easy, Fast Contract Management with Powerful Integrations and AI Search

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Savannah P. | UK Compliance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I love how easy contract management is in Juro. It’s straightforward for both parties to use, and it makes it simple to track changes. Juro also seems to be constantly working on new features that improve the platform and make it even easier to use.

Additionally, it's great that Juro integrates easily with platforms such as Salesforce and Slack. Plus, Juro Operator and AI makes it easy to search contracts and automatically review contracts using the AI playbook.

The platform performs well and speeds the contract cycle up.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

One downside of using Juro is that it’s currently only set up to work with Microsoft Word. However, our business uses Google Suite and therefore relies on Google Docs, and at the moment the platform doesn’t support that format.

In addition, the reporting feature needs some improvement to ensure the analytics are accurate. It would be really helpful to report reliably on time spent in negotiations across all phases of the contract before signing, rather than only being able to see data starting from the draft “created” stage.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Juro, our contract tracking and storage were all over the place. Different people could edit contracts, and files ended up scattered across multiple drives. Juro has addressed this by keeping all contracts in one central location, and the Smart Field feature makes it fast and straightforward to search for key terms. It also lets us limit template editing to specific users, which helps keep our contract terms more secure and consistent.

 ### 19. Clean, user friendly, intelligent contracting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Juro?**

- Responsive and engaged customer success/support team
- User friendly interface
- Strong willingness to act on customer feedback
- Ease of building workflows and rules
- Continuous product improvement
- Data visibility
- Great new AI features (AI extract and bulk upload)

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

- Would like to see improvements to the auto-numbering feature
- Would like to see a 'preview' button to view how the contract looks to third parties (rather than the workaround of using the 'reviewer' link)
- Permissions and workflow flexibility – There are opportunities to improve permissions-based workflows, particularly around allowing 'users' to upload versions but not entirely new documents as we believe this degrades the controls over contracts that Juro is designed for
- Editing and markup functionality – would like to see greater flexibility within suggesting mode (e.g. formatting changes, list management and text styling)

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro has solved for an extremely time consuming, manual contracting process. It enables our account managers to self-serve on contracts, reducing end-to-end contracting time and legal involvement. It also provides excellent visibility across the business that historically had been challenging/a pain point.

 ### 20. Centralizes Contract Management with Effortless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I really appreciate Juro's integration with our CRM, HubSpot. It's a big plus since our Sales team can create agreements directly in HubSpot and have all the information transferred seamlessly into the agreements. This feature saves me time, as I don't need to create Order Forms anymore; the Sales team handles it, and I only need to approve or make edits.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

It's not Juro's fault but the other side of the table will only use Word, which Juro has an integration for, but still makes it more difficult than just using Juro by itself. Sometimes notifications can be hit or miss. Not sure if a contract needs to be sent out or if it has been sent out. It would be nice if once an agreement is approved it would automatically be sent to the other party, sometimes Sales forgets to send it out after it's been approved. It was a little bit of a learning curve at first getting all the integrations set-up with HubSpot, and just overall learning a new system.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro centralizes our contract storage, replacing Word, Google Docs, PDFs, and DocuSign, and helps us track agreements' statuses. Its integration with HubSpot saves time by allowing our Sales team to create agreements directly.

**Official Response from Alex Moir:**

 ### 21. Juro’s Self-Service Templates Give Us Real Control and Faster Turnarounds

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marta R. | New Accounts Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

For me, the biggest benefit of Juro is the control it gives us. We can create and update templates ourselves without needing to raise support requests every time we want to make a change. It means we can react much more quickly to business needs and keep ownership of our own processes.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The biggest gripe is probably the recent changes to the landing page and navigation. Whilst the self-service template management is excellent, some of the updates have made it less intuitive to find things that were previously easy to access, which can slow you down until you get used to the new layout.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro helps us onboard customers more efficiently

 ### 22. Easy and Intuitive with Fast Support, But Lacks Shipping Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle C. | HR coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

What I like most about Juro is that it is an easy-to-use and intuitive platform. When I have questions, I can use their chatbot or contact their agents, and then I receive quick solutions or answers to the concerns I have, which makes my work easier and speeds it up. Moreover, I didn't have to receive training from the team to start using Juro; I learned intuitively by using the different aids and solutions the platform offers. I find it valuable that the agents provide answers quickly, which is very important in our industry. Also, creating templates, assigning signers, and making changes to documents are quite easy and intuitive processes with Juro.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

One of the aspects I would love Juro to have is the ability to schedule the sending of documents. In Colombia, there are certain documents that must be sent on specific dates, such as contract termination notices. It would be useful to be able to create the document and schedule its sending so as not to have to set alarms in calendars.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro helps me create personalized documents on a large scale, saving operational time. Additionally, its platform is easy to use and intuitive, and the quick support from the chatbot and agents speeds up my work and facilitates the resolution of doubts.

 ### 23. Valuable Tool for Contract Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

What I like most about Juro is how easy it is for business teams to use. The platform feels very intuitive, which makes contract management much more efficient day to day. I also appreciate being able to restrict users to specific workspaces, since it helps maintain proper access controls and keeps information organized.

Another thing I really value is that Juro is constantly evolving and improving. Compared to last year, it’s become significantly better, with new features and enhancements that make it even more effective. The support team is also exceptionally responsive and helpful, which makes a big difference whenever I need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

One area where I think Juro could improve is language availability. Having the platform available in more languages would help drive adoption among our teams in China and Japan, making it more accessible and user-friendly for local users. Expanding language support would enhance the overall experience for other teams in other places.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is helping us standardize our contracting process by enabling us to create and maintain approved templates and ensuring that the business uses those templates consistently. This gives Legal much better visibility over any changes to standard terms and allows us to quickly identify deviations that may require review.
It also improves collaboration during negotiations by providing easy access to counterparties’ comments in one place, eliminating the need to be copied into countless email chains. In addition, having a centralized repository for contracts makes it much easier to find information, track document status, and manage agreements throughout their lifecycle. Without a centralized tool like Juro, contracts can easily become fragmented across emails and local folders, increasing the risk of documents being lost or overlooked.

 ### 24. Responsive Support, Flexible Smart Fields, and an Intuitive UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

What I like best about Juro is how responsive and consistently available their support team is. Whenever I've had questions or run into issues, they've been quick to help. I also really appreciate the flexibility of smart fields and rules, which make it easy to control and customize workflows to fit our specific needs. On top of that, the UI is clean and intuitive, making the overall experience smooth and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

One drawback I've run into is that API access is somewhat limited. For example, rules aren't accessible via the API, which can be restrictive if you're trying to build more advanced integrations or automate certain workflows. That said, aside from this limitation, I really enjoy working with the tool overall.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is helping us control and streamline contract creation through automation. Instead of relying on manual, time-consuming processes, we're able to automate key steps in how contracts are generated and managed. This saves us time, reduces the risk of errors, and gives us more consistency and control over our contract workflows.

 ### 25. Signature Links Eliminate Friction in Our Workflow & Playbooks need improvement.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanya T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The signature links are my favorite thing about Juro. I can put the link right into the ongoing conversation, so there's no interruption from needing to find a separate email from a third party website. They save a lot of time because I don't have to track down whether someone actually received an email or tell them what website to look for. It creates less friction in the execution process since the link can be inserted into the conversation regardless of who's facilitating it. As a lawyer for the company, I rarely interact directly with our clients, so it's important that I can hand this off to another member of our team. Everyone benefits from those links, from me as the lawyer to other members of the company who control conversations, and the homeowner really benefits from having a signature link they don't have to track down. Juro also creates widely available templates and lets other members of the company fill them out without help from the legal team. I've started using the Playbooks a little, and I do like them, I think they have a lot of potential to increase productivity. I use Juro with Word documents and Slack. I'd give it a 10 out of 10 to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

{"I think that the Playbooks could be improved. I have started to use those a little bit, and I do like them. I think they have a lot of potential to increase productivity in our company, but they're just not there yet.","They don't always pick up what terms don't need to be mutual.","When it's looking through a contract, it has a tendency of making all terms mutual. And sometimes they don't need to be.","Integrating templates with Salesforce is quite difficult. No one really knows how to do it in the company other than one person, and so that one has to always do it. I can tell they're already very frustrated with being the only person that has that knowledge."}

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro creates widely available templates that other members can fill out without the legal team's help. The signature links are my favorite because they save time, so I don't have to track down emails from a third party website. They reduce friction in the execution process since the link goes right into the ongoing conversation.

 ### 26. Solid Contract Management, But Approval Resets Frustrate

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I use Juro for contract management, mainly to send contracts to credit unions for them to sign. It helps me track our contracts more and get signatures through the e-signature platform, so we don't have to use DocuSign. We also integrate it with Salesforce, where we automate some of the post-signature information into our CRM. Our legal team and our clients redline in Juro, and we handle document edits before the contract signature, then they sign within Juro. What I like most is the internal chats. It's sort of nice where you could chat about a specific thing. We do a lot of tagging, so we @mention another coworker if we have a question for them. When you @mention someone, they get an automated email, which is great. We do a lot of editing within the tool that way, @mentioning and writing comments on the internal comments panel. With one template we use a lot, our fin template, if there's conversation about pricing or dates, we can chat and @mention people inside of the template. Our legal team preferred Juro because of the self-service capabilities. They were able to select templates, and they wanted our sales team to be a little bit more in charge of creating contracts for their clients.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

{"The only thing I don't love about the internal chats is if you @mention someone and they respond by email, they need to @mention in the response. Sometimes the user forgets to do that.","The biggest complaint I get from our sales team is that if someone makes any change to the contract, it resets the approval process. Even if they might be on the third person for approval, it starts back up with the first person.","That reset of the approval process 'definitely causes a headache' because we have multiple people (maybe four or five) that need to approve in order, and restarting approvals is painful.","The approval-reset issue happens frequently. I said it 'probably happens daily' and 'maybe once a day... Five times a week' because we have anywhere between twenty and thirty contracts in the internal approval stage.","Onboarding/setup wasn't simple. We'd give it 'a five out of 10.' We had to redo all the templates that we had in Outlaw and redo them in Juro."}

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company uses Juro for contract management. It helps track our contracts more, gets signatures through the e-signature platform so we don't have to use DocuSign, and integrates with Salesforce. We redline with our legal team and clients, sign within Juro, and automate post-signature info into Salesforce.

 ### 27. Standout AI Redlines and Operator Search Make Work Faster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danniella C. | Paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The AI capabilities stand out to me, especially the ability to help with redlines. I also like the Operator function, which makes it quicker and easier to find and locate specific information when I need it.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

When I try to create a template, the formatting gets thrown off. Also, there’s no way to add separate DocuSign accounts for each individual user account.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes reviewing contracts quicker and easier, which saves a lot of time. Being able to track the status of each contract also cuts down on admin work and helps keep everything organised.

 ### 28. Streamlined Contract Management with Minor Setbacks

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emanuel W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I use Juro to secure, streamline, and control our contract execution workflow. I appreciate its robust workflow control, the ability to establish strict signing orders, and set up multi-step approval workflows. Juro also lets me trigger personalized reminder links, and I find the interface very clear and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I find it difficult to set up regular signatories in Juro, as I can't easily manage who is the company authorized signatory. I should be able to establish company-wide policies and set hard guardrails on who can sign. Also, Juro lacks folder structures, which would allow me to easily split projects and correlate folder structure with Google Drive.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Juro to secure and streamline our contract workflow, ensuring documents follow the right sequence and managing approvals effectively with automated reminders.

 ### 29. After years of pain, finally a tool that helped us nailing the Quote2Contract Process

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele R. | Senior Legal Counsel - Senior Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro is a very user-friendly tool. For years, we struggled with our Quote2Contract process, and finally, we found a tool with a native Salesforce integration that allows us to bring our quotes directly into the contractual framework with minimal effort. Our commercial teams find it very easy to use, and we also implemented some smart fields for them that make it easier to negotiate contracts.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I think it could implement a better user management experience at user level (not editor).

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solved our Quote2Contract process and reduced our contract negotiation lifecycle drastically. This was a huge achievement as we are also a SaaS provider.

 ### 30. Streamlined Contract Workflows with Templates and a Centralized Repository

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro has transformed how we handle our contract workflows—from HR agreements and NDAs to customer contracts. Having standardized templates ready to go has reduced our drafting time. On the HR side, it has streamlined our new employee signing and onboarding process, making it seamless for both our team and new hires.

The centralized contract repository is another plus; having all signed contracts in one place with fast, intuitive search capabilities saves us time when tracking down agreements.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Overall, the platform meets our core needs well. Like any tool, there was a brief learning curve for non-legal team members, but adoption was quick.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Juro, we spent far too much time bouncing contract revisions back and forth over email. Juro completely eliminated that email back-and-forth, drastically cutting down our time-to-sign across departments.

 ### 31. Faster Contract Turnaround with In-Browser Redlining and Built-In E-Signatures

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eva B. | Growth Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Redlining and comments happen right in the browser, no more back and forth over Word docs by email, and e-signing is built in so contracts don't sit around waiting on a signature.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The mobile experience is a bit clunky - I mostly stick to desktop when I need to review or edit anything.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, redlines and approvals were scattered across email threads and different versions of the same doc. Now it all lives in one place and gets signed off faster, so deals close quicker on our end.

 ### 32. Modern Design, Helpful AI Document Support, and Fast Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anastasia C. | Deputy Head of Administration, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Modern design, helpful AI support for documents, solid integrations, and fast customer support. They’re also open to changes and ongoing improvements, which works well for our company. The pricing is good, too.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Manual steps for filling in Smartfields, sending for Signing when doc is fully approved, manual changes in Templates, no possibility to keep metadata with all our Companies details (which allows to update templates automatically), no possibility to switch between legal entities (we have around 35), access given by groups but not by each person (a lot of users see all document, when they actually should see only one).

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with using a few softwares to process documents, didn't have structured repository, but now we can do everything in one place - JURO - from creating to signing and storing.

 ### 33. Simple Way to Store Contacts, Sign Contracts, Share Contracts and Get Reminders

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike L. | Managing Stathead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Reminders on contracts are super helpful

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I wish I could more easily copy/paste content from the contracts for repurposing. Sometimes search within documents is clunky due ostensible memory issues on moderately sized PDFs

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the mental load of needing to remember and/or separately store various deadlines in contracts. It makes finding contacts very easy. It makes drafting, signing and counter-signing agreements very easy. I don't need to run to a scanner at various stages of signing, etc. It's all right within Juro which is very convenient

 ### 34. Juro Transformed Our Proposal Workflow with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro has transformed our proposal workflow. We have one source of truth and we can see the status of all documentation on one screen. The support we have received from the Juro team has been outstanding. They have listened when we have shared our thoughts on slight improvements and we know they are always on hand if we need support.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

We thought that the original way of previewing a document was long winded, but that has been fixed in the latest update, and now we just have to click an option to preview documents.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Commercial Team can see which proposals are in flight, so we can better plan our workload. We can search signed agreements quickly and across multiple documents - it has transformed the way we work.

 ### 35. Makes Contract Review and Signing Easy for Customers

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danielle P. | Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I mainly use it for contracts, and I’ve found it really helpful because it makes it easy for our customers to access the documents, review them, and sign.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

There have been some hiccups with the entry of information on forms, but we have been able to find a way around these problems when faced with them.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves a lot of time when it comes to executing agreements. It also saves time and money by reducing errors, which cuts down on the back-and-forth.

 ### 36. Flexible Signature Management with Helpful Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Szymon P. | Lawyer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The variety of options on the management of signatures - signatures order, ti mestamp updated at the last signature, personal comments to signatories, etc.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I'd like to have the option to disable the audit trail - sometimes it's inconvenient (e.g. when I don't want to share my personal details and I'm not a signatory)

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro helps us sign everything that does not require a qualified electronic signature, and is fairly simple to use

 ### 37. Workflow Automation That Moves Contracts from Draft to Signature Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The workflow automation is the standout feature for us. Agreements move automatically from drafting to legal review to signature. Combined with dynamic templates and smart fields, most routine contracts now get created, approved, and signed with minimal manual intervention, freeing up legal's time for the deals that actually need attention.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Pricing is the main friction point for us

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro is solving our contract bottleneck problem - previously, every agreement, however routine, had to route through legal, which created delays and made legal a chokepoint for the whole business. By automating the drafting-to-signature workflow, we've cut time significantly on standard agreements and freed legal to focus from administrative back-and-forth.

 ### 38. Intuitive and User-Friendly: Easy Template Creation and Bulk Contract Sending

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna H. | Account Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro is easy to use and pretty intuitive. Without any instruction, I was able to pretty easily figure out how to create templates and documents. It's great for being able to send out multiple contracts with ease.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I would like to be able to format a little bit more. When uploading from a word doc, some items are hard to format.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having contracts all in one place, being able to search contracts quickly, being able to quickly fill out and send contracts.

 ### 39. Juro review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibrahim Z. | Legal Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Juro?**

-The effenciency of being able to manage a document and then send it all in one platform has been life changing.
-Setting up templates and smartfields.
-Forms for countersigner to fill their part with ease.
-Support from the team has been great !
-Easily integrated into my clickup workflow.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

-I don't like the fact that you have to be a user in order to be sent an internal doc to sign.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Version management - editing and sending all in one platform.

 ### 40. Juro is a good-quality tool for the contract management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I like the ability to create templates, automate my work, set reminders, and leave comments (both internal and external) for specific fields. The interface is also quite satisfactory.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

In some fields, I can’t copy the full text and have to enter the information manually, which can take a while. Also, the reminders aren’t always that useful or easy to work with. On top of that, I’d prefer to receive an update if a document still hasn’t been signed after some time, because that information can sometimes get lost, and it’s important for us to keep all documents up to date.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for updating contracts, terminating contracts, and creating other ad-hoc requests as needed.

 ### 41. Effortless Document Editing with Smartfields and Helpful Notifications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

- We are able to edit documents directly on Juro
- Multiple functions are possible on Juro (e.g. sharing to different peoples, commenting, smartfields)
- Good notifications system

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

- We could have better dashboarding functionalities (e.g. to be able to customise dashboards better)
- Is it possible to have a single link to review and sign (if we know the signer's email address?)
- The AI chat function in the home page can be improved - for e.g. does not always list all documents that fulfill the requested criteria; does not do a thorough job of searching through out all workspaces.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- end to end contract management
- contracts documentation repo
- audit trails

 ### 42. A valuable tool for centralising contract management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Besides providing a centralised platform for contract management and enabling us to manage the entire contract workflow within one system, I find the AI Assistant functionality in Juro to be a significant added value. It is useful not only for answering technical questions about the platform itself, but also for helping to resolve issues quickly. This has been particularly valuable during the initial implementation phase, while the team is still becoming familiar with the platform and may occasionally run into questions or obstacles.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

If I were to highlight areas for improvement, I think there’s still room to further develop some of the platform’s functionalities and integrations. For example, when uploading Word documents into Juro, the formatting isn’t always preserved accurately, especially with layouts and tables.

In addition, I believe there’s an opportunity to expand certain features further, such as Smartfields and contract alerts/reminders. More flexibility and automation in these areas would make the platform even more efficient for day-to-day contract management.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro has made our contract workflow much more efficient, easier to manage and fully centralised. It saves us a considerable amount of time and has greatly improved the way we manage contracts.

 ### 43. Easy, Customizable, Stellar Support — Fantastic Salesforce Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa . | Contract Manager/Compliance Paralegal, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I love the ease of use, customizability, and most of all customer support. It integrates fantastic with Salesforce which is our main database.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

At times, our Salesforce team needs to build out their own coding to make out Salesforce/Juro integration work in the way we need it to so it's not a true out of box solution.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro creates and populates our template agreements with a few clicks saving our sales team a lot of time.

 ### 44. Juro Is Easy to Use With Prompt, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth P. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Juro is great and easy to use. The support we receive is always prompt, and the team is always able to help whenever we need it.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Sometimes small things, like manual errors don’t get flagged, even though there’s clearly a conflict and can require manual checks.
But overall its a great system and work well for us

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contracting is easy, and it integrates well with the other systems we use.

 ### 45. A User-Friendly Single Source of Truth for Contracts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The fact that it is one source of truth for all contracts and relevant documentation. It is very user friendly and the features are continuing to improve.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Currently, it can be difficult when negotiating with customers who aren't aware of Juro and will sometimes refuse to use it for this purpose.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to keep documentation in one place, collaboration internally is improved as everyone is working on the same document, in the same way. It really helps to have a clear approval chain and the timeline within the history tab to see what changes have been made and ensure documents are not sent too early.

 ### 46. Simplifies Contract Management with User-Friendly Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avalon C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I really like the simplicity of Juro's user interface and the features it offers, which are easy to understand. Every time they're implemented, it's an easy pickup to learn. Juro makes it user-friendly and allows people to pick up new systems quite nicely, even if they come from a traditional mindset. Also, the support team is always there for us and helps at every step of implementing features.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I guess maybe integration with some things like DocuSign. We don't use it much and don't really understand it too much.

 ### 47. Great Usability and Support for Contract Management with Juro

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

The usability and support that comes with utilizing Juro is great and makes it a great program for contract management, as opposed to not using a program at all.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I believe there could be more features added to assist with the ease of using the platform. Also, I believe the ability to add and upload PDF's would be great, as well as fixing the formatting issues with Juro.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Juro does come out with new features frequently and increases the different ways to store and edit contracts, which is very helpful!

 ### 48. Effortless Contract Management with Juro

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

I like how easy Juro makes contract creation, negotiation, and signature for non-lawyers. It streamlines the sales team's contracting process, allowing them to quickly create contracts using approved forms without needing to manually draft each one. I also appreciate its integration with HubSpot, which we use daily, and the Word integration feature. The Juro team was very helpful with the setup, making the process less daunting.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

I wish it was easier to upload existing contracts and have Juro be able to independently understand the terms, generate reminders, etc. rather than having to manually apply smartfields.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Juro makes the sales team's contract process more efficient, allowing quick creation without manual drafting, and is easy for non-lawyers to use for creation, negotiation, and signature.

 ### 49. User-Friendly Interface and Stellar Customer Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** José Manuel L. | Legal Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

Its user-friendly interface, as well as its customer support service.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

Its limitations when it comes to implementing custom integrations. Only a very specific set of actions can be integrated.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Juro team is constantly working to improve the platform and, since we started using it, has implemented increasingly useful features, such as playbooks and Juro Operator, among others.

 ### 50. Built for Legal and Sales—Collaboration Made Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Juro?**

It's built for both legal and sales staff, rather than for one or the other, and as such, helps the teams collaborate more effectively.

**What do you dislike about Juro?**

The smartfields and conditional logic are very useful, but the more complex the setup gets, the more convoluted the user experience will be.

**What problems is Juro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining our drafting, review, negotiation and signature workflows, smoother collaboration between legal and sales teams, enabling modularity of our order forms and standard terms etc. - overall helps speed up our contracting turnaround
