"Intuitive Sourcing That Quickly Improves Hiring Manager Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

We've only had it for a few weeks, and it's already made a real difference. It's so intuitive that there was almost no ramp-up. We started sourcing across a long list of open roles right away.

The standout for me is how simple it makes working with hiring managers. The AI also keeps refining the search as you go and turns up sourcing angles we wouldn't have thought of, so we nailed down our criteria much faster than usual. The candidates we're talking to are great, and we're reaching out to more people than before without any drop in quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

There was an initial period where we were duplicating work between LinkedIn and Juicebox as we couldn't see who was in a project or had been contacted on LinkedIn while shortlisting in Juicebox. Over time, this was mitigated while sourcing shifted and new searches were created on Juicebox rather than porting over old, stale searches from LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I’ve Introduced Juicebox to 4 Companies. Enough Said."
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

Two of the things that stand out most about Juicebox are the accuracy of its searches and the stellar team behind the product.

The quality of candidates it surfaces is consistently impressive. The profiles are highly aligned with our search criteria and often match 98% of what we’ve outlined in the job description and intake meeting. That level of accuracy saves an enormous amount of time and makes sourcing significantly more efficient.

Just as importantly, the team behind Juicebox is exceptional. They hire great people, are incredibly responsive, and genuinely take care of their customers. You can tell they’re invested not only in building a great product, but also in making sure every customer gets real value from it.

It’s rare to find a recruiting tool that combines strong technology with such a high level of customer care. Juicebox does both extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I wish I could schedule my sequences to be sent out on a specific calendar date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Juicebox delivers results - Quickly, Efficiently, and even while you sleep!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

Juicebox is great for recruiters and teams that have a budget and need immediate sourcing horsepower. I work at a small company of 12, so purchasing LinkedIn Recruiter would be a huge commitment for us. Juicebox felt easier to commit to because it’s month-to-month, and LinkedIn doesn’t offer that.

The UI is simple and gives you the information you need, and the overall UX is very user-friendly. There aren’t a bunch of junk screens or unnecessary extras that get in the way.

It integrates with Gmail/Google Calendar and your ATS if you get the Corporate version. I had no issues getting it set up and ready within minutes.

I really like how effective the AI search is: you type a few things, and it quickly pulls the profiles you’re looking for. The ability to use an agent that sources for you is also an excellent feature. Having profiles waiting for you each day is especially helpful and gives you a boost to get sourcing started.

Because I already have a lot of knowledge around tools, I didn’t onboard with a specialist right away. That said, I plan to grab their time once I’ve used the tool for a few weeks so I have a better sense of how to optimize my usage of Juicebox.

Overall, it performs very well out of the box, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. The best part is being able to use it immediately with little to no effort. The metrics I can send to my team are also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I've only been a user of Juicebox for a week, so it's hard to say what I dislike.

I suppose there should be some leeway between adding someone to a sequence and sending right away. I could of course set the option to send at a later time/date but to be able to recognize a mistake and get out of sending that particular sequence would be beneficial. "Juicebox: A Huge Time-Saver for Recruiting Search, Outreach Automation, and Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

Juicebox is an absolute time and energy saver for recruiting across any vertical! I have been in the recruiting industry for over 16 years and this is by far the best tool I have ever used for searching. I love the AI prompting for a search, automation of email sequences and convenience of a one-stop hub for searching, contacting and filing. We use Juicebox not only for easy searching but also as a CRM and for interview process tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I do think that it should be easier to outline exact parameters for searches. I would like to have the option to ensure that a particular phrase or keyword is present in a profile, excluding any profiles that do not contain the phrase or word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changing Recruiting Search and ATS Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

This is my first time using Juicebox in my career. Honestly, I hadn’t heard of it before as a recruiting support platform. Used properly and consistently, it can be a real gamechanger in recruiting, especially as an addition to an ATS or HRIS.

What I like most is the search feature and the integration with our ATS. The performance of ranking and assessment of candidates is also positive.

The search also supports Boolean searches, along with JD and resume submission, which helps ensure the most accurate alignment to the role.

The AI in the system is top-notch when it comes to identifying talent and providing an accurate assessment of how well a candidate aligns with the position.

The support I have received from the Juicebox team is also positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

The UI / UX element can be enhanced. When viewing the home screen, an enhancement could be the current project being worked on appear below the "project" menu header. A user looking at the current project may think that is the only project in the system (as I did), until I figured out to scroll up to the menu bar and select project again.

Additionally, integrations. I am not able to see all of my current ATS candidates in the system and not sure as to why. For credibility purposes, if I create a project that includes a specific ATS title in the Juicebox search and I select "included ATS candidates" one would expect to see all candidates, but they are not all there. I am not sure if Juicebox integration is live or on a delay as some of the candidates listed in Juicebox are from prior roles or not the most updated listing. This negatively impacts that credibility of the system, especially if I am using this in a conversation with the executive leadership team. Focus will be on the "why are not all listed" vs. "here are potential candidates". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transformative for sourcing niche talent"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

My personal favorites inside Juicebox are the power filters, allowing us to target diversity candidates more accurately.

I'm also a big fan of the developer data aspect, which lets us pick up data from GitHub activities. I really like that we can gain insight into the likelihood of candidates responding, considering indicators like equity vesting, tenure, and layoffs.

I love the combination of filters and the enriched data presentation, which help with decision-making at first glance. It makes reviewing profiles efficient and allows quick sorting of candidates based on the level of match to our criteria.

Additionally, having Juicebox connected to our ATS, Ashby, enhances our candidate rediscovery process, allowing us to target candidates in specific pipeline stages.

Another thing I love is how Juicebox allows us to make the most of our own ATS (Ashby), so rediscovering past applicants becomes much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

Juicebox can be a bit tricky to get started with because of the amount of data and filter combinations, it causes a slight visual overwhelm.

It takes a minute to get used to where things are and what the best view is. My team had to persist and try using it as much as possible to get past the initial learning curve with the vast amount of filters available.

I'm still a bit confused by why you have to make several clicks to leave a note on a candidate profile (I'm still not sure if that's possible from Search, Profile by profile review, or inside the shortlist - but the note you leave is not visible across those various views)

Also, we still rely on LinkedIn Recruiter to conduct our outreach, as Juicebox's contact options are limited to emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Juicebox is Fabulous!"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

1. I love that Juicebox recommends to me how to build a search by suggesting all of the different filters such as location, years spent in a current role, DNC companies, etc. It is everything that I wish LinkedIn Recruiter was as far as being able to go super in depth on a search. This is specifically helpful for roles where hiring managers are extremely picky/specific with background of candidates

2. I love the sequences that Juicebox recommends when it comes to emailing. They are on par with our company and what we're looking for.

3. The UI is really simple to use, and easy to learn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I dislike that there isn't a specific "LinkedIn Recruiter" button. It takes more clicks to go from Profile in Juicebox > LinkedIn > Open in Recruiter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Sourcing Delivers Volume, but Candidate Data Needs Trust"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

I use Juicebox for sourcing, and it helps me find engineers I wouldn’t be able to find on other platforms. I like the agent feature most. It takes around five minutes to calibrate and automatically sources at least 25 new leads each day, which helps me while I’m handling admin tasks or making calls. Juicebox helps me find more high-quality candidates at higher volume, especially since LinkedIn can be slow. The initial setup was pretty easy and straightforward for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I feel the data aspect of Juicebox could be improved. I run into a lot of problems where candidate profiles are false or fake, and reviewing them can slow me down more than help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive Sourcing with High-Quality Matches and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

The ease of use of the product is the most compelling case - they clearly understand sourcer workflows, and make it easy for newbies and experts alike to drop into the tool and find high quality matches, quickly. I'm looking forward to using more of the new integrations like Slack and MCP server integrations. The tools is fast and responsive, and feels like it can work at my speed vs slowing me down like legacy products. I was able to save a significant amount moving my team from a legacy vendor. Their team has been great to work with and looking forward to a long relationship with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

Sometimes the data is not as fresh as other platforms, not horrible but just by nature of how they get their data, first party data will always be a bit more updated. I'd like more utility in terms of company insights right in the browser extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Outreach and Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Juicebox?

I appreciate that Juicebox allows us to automate our outreach, freeing up our time and expanding our outreach and research capabilities substantially. The staff and team are very polite and professional, providing quick resolution to any issues. The initial setup was very easy with a perfect guiding step by step mentorship through a live demo and interactive professional support. I also value that the outreach through Juicebox is tied closely to revenue generation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I would often prefer to receive the actual professional email address for our business development. And I would also like to have a better system to report that some personal emails are bouncing back in our MS Outlook so that I have a way of informing Juicebox and correcting these emails with additional resources for receiving more accurate personal emails.
